  • This virtual training is for students with disabilities ages 11-20 with an IEP; it will be presented in English.
    Have you thought about getting involved in your education by attending your IEP meeting?
    Imagine if you could help plan and write your IEP - if you could have a voice in creating your
    education goals and program.
    Being a valued member of your IEP team doesn’t happen overnight. It takes some planning and
    effort on your part. But if you want to be involved, chances are your IEP team will welcome you
    with open arms - and listen to what you have to say.

    - The importance of self-advocacy
    - The difference between self-advocacy and self-determination
    - How to led your IEP meeting
