Let me spit some facts (pills that'd be hard to swallow for many).
Everyone are to be blamed because both community let poltics get the better of them. The Meeties (not everyone) has created a modern urban anarchy by handing weapons to men and tennergers without realisation of it consequences. On the other hand, the Kukis (not everyone) has long sheltered armed militant outfits under its wing. Who then controls the very functioning of its society.
Both party need realisation that there is a nefarious higher power-play in these violence. And normal civilians are nothing but its pawn.
One must ask, who benefits from this act of rage and violence. What are we truly fighting for? Reservation? That can be scrapped at any given point. LAND? That not even our forefathers could take with them. Self Identity? No men need any approval or validation from anyone. For one's identity is to be forged by building character to it.
Then why are we fighting? Your leader said so? No. Don't be a blind followers. Be critical, build constructive questions, conduct research before you give your allegiance to anybody. And if at all allegiance must be given, give it to peace.
Yes, conflict is very much part our society. And the remedies are struck through dialogues and tolerance.
Well now that we're here, we can't turn back the clock. Lives are lost and livelihood are destroyed. We must now strive towards bringing in peace through accountability, security, compassion, compensation and above all a new moral standard.

The classes will not end easily. It was pre-planned by Kukis. In 2005, Army keep kuki militants camps (SoO militants) at 14 -15 station all arround the valley. God knows reason of such small small camps arround valley, that too known to state government in the year 2008. ( State govt. Come to the plateform SoO in year 2008 only. Now from that camp or nearby areas kukis fire towards valley in coordinated manner. The firing is done every now and then. Experience says, Naga -kuki classes took almost 4 years. Attacking to majority Meiteis can't be done without proper planning. Many reasonable incident are there. 1) taking CBSE affiliation of kuki dominated area schools without the knowledge of state authority, just prior to the classes. 2)Taking leave and absentism of kuki employees just prior to the classes, etc. etc..kuki wanted to keep the pot boiling till seperate administration, next greater Mizoram then Zalengam ( independent kuki country by carving portion of Bangladesh, Mayanmar & India)

Reconciliation can be initiated in Manipur between the Meitei and Kuki communittee..by delivering Justice....and the definition of Justice for the Kukis is the recognition of self governance of the Kukis by the GOI. The truth....as a victim of this conflict is..... Meitei do not want to mingle again and the minority Kukis 20% approx ... does not interact with them anymore...
GOI should or must initiate this simple step...ie...self governance of the Kukis..in the way the creation of JnK into 2 UT ... Delaying this is denial of Justice by the GOI... If GOI failed or deny the Right of the Kukis....we can sought for our neighbouring nation which can lead to breaking apart of the Integrity and Diversity of the democratic nation of India.
