But most private companies ask you to resign..as they are private companies and selfish. I will suggest you not to tell anyone as if now and inform the company 30 days before delivery and in case they ask you to resign ..warn them for legal reasons

Also if anything happens like termination you can report to labour court. Your salary company cannot withhold. Also insurance benefits
