God is good, but can’t give him all the credit for the hard work you put in. Your parents are the ones who raised a smart hard worker. Not easy in the world we know today. Many people fail countless times before passing, and some never pass. Keep up the hard work brother. Haven’t taken my test yet but hope I can do as good as you did. yes, because it seems he did make an error.....he said 5 safety items, but he only mentioned 4 - seat belt, extinguisher, triangles and fuses. What's the 5th ??

I did my in cab inspection and air brake test in this order today. When I finished he told me I passed and did a good job, “I must’ve studied a lot.” And honestly I did, but I watched this video over and over and over. Thank you man!! CDL B certified in Texas now!
I've watched many air break test videos here and this is the best one ever. I watch this every night and sometimes the middle of the night. At first the brake test was confusing to me until I watched this video and now I'm able to put this procedure systematically into my head. I take my CDL B test October 2019. Plus when making turns try to stay in your lanes when making right turns do go way into other lanes to turn make sure u watch for tail whip so ifnur have to cover the 2 lanes so no one can go on you right side when making a left turn otherwise you with smash up there wind shield or wirse

So I listened to it over and over like as if it was a hot song on the radio and I nailed it. All the other videos stop and explain what they are doing or stop with comments etc. He did it like a testing person with the Motor Vehicle department was watching him.

This is the best video I've seen and best explanation for doing an air brakes test with an automatic transmission. Having the wheels chocked and the vehicle in neutral before you even begin the test is going to be the best way to pass. Thank you to those who made this video.

State of Kentucky here, I watched this over and over and also watched his pre-trip engine bay inspection video and passed flying colors A few things to note -Not all trucks have a transmission gauge so don't get tied up with that -learn all the key words in your state that you have to say -be mindful that some numbers may vary state to state Make sure the videos that you watch if you're studying for the written are going along with your state

Fantastic video. You should be doing these kinds of instructional videos for a living. Thanks, man. You gave me a ton of confidence going into my test. I've got plenty of road experience but no formal training so this is exactly what I needed.
I got my class B license about 6 months ago and I think this video helped me out the most. He was spot on in the way you have to perform it and describe what your doing. I passed the in cab inspection and air brake test the first time but had a problem with the road test. I hit a curb and that is an automatic disqualification. Make sure you pull out far enough before turning and also state what you are doing and point out signs and road hazards you are looking out for. I passed my retake and got my license within a month and felt great. I chose to take the test in a school bus so I could drive anything in class B. I then went and got a class A permit and tanker endorsement in case I get the chance to train or test with a tractor trailer. I am currently looking to go into class A but might have to wait until I can afford to pay for the test or get an offer to train. I think that it could happen within a year or so but until then I will be making money driving class B. You can still make good money with a class B as long as you find a good company.
Just passed my Class B CDL thanks to this video! I failed the first attempt because I had the airbrake test out of order. Had to do it in a bobtailed International sleeper cab with a 10-speed.
After being laid off due to COVID I'm going on an interview w/a trucking company. I have a Class B license from driving school busses so there's some differences in a few things. I got my permit before February 7. I taught myself with this video and various others,about 9 or 10. I skipped school and got my CDL on my first try. Remember repetition is key.

Loved it! The windshield not being "bent" though was kinda funny. I know what you meant though. Technically the windshield IS bent via the curve in the glass. I simply say "It's clean. No obstructions. No cracks, and no illegal stickers. Great in-cab pre trip though.

I passed my retake and got my license within a month and felt great. I chose to take the test in a school bus so I could drive anything in class B. I then went and got a class A permit and tanker endorsement in case I get the chance to train or test with a tractor trailer.
I am currently looking to go into class A but might have to wait until I can afford to pay for the test or get an offer to train. I think that it could happen within a year or so but until then I will be making money driving class B. You can still make good money with a class B as long as you find a good company.
Just passed my Class B CDL thanks to this video! I failed the first attempt because I had the airbrake test out of order. Had to do it in a bobtailed International sleeper cab with a 10-speed.
What is the exact order
I mean it’s not a special order to do it. As long as it is covered before they ask “is that all” you must have failed it another way.

After being laid off due to COVID I'm going on an interview w/a trucking company. I have a Class B license from driving school busses so there's some differences in a few things. Great video,best one on TH-cam! Just want to mention to those that watch, make sure you check city and air horn, windshield wipers and take the key with you when removing your chalks or exiting the truck! They will fail you for these things.. Great video bro, helped me a lot
Great refresher course I got my Class B but at my job they only had me driving small school buses. Now I’m driving big buses again and needed this.

I got my permit before February 7. I taught myself with this video and various others,about 9 or 10. I skipped school and got my CDL on my first try. Remember repetition is key.

Loved it! The windshield not being "bent" though was kinda funny. I know what you meant though. Technically the windshield IS bent via the curve in the glass. I simply say "It's clean. No obstructions. No cracks, and no illegal stickers. Great in-cab pre trip though.
