To have a good start into the next year I think it’s always good to look back with a positive bias - even an overly positive one, if necessary. It’ll put you in a better state of mind to start off the next year… (I think, it’s not like I know). And so something I’ve begun doing as a part of that, is a video like this one, in which I simply gather my favourite shots from the whole year and compile a pretty video to look back at and share with you. 2024 was an exceptional year for me. Of course, not perfect, but a perfect year is unrealistic anyway, right? There were better times and worse times, but what made this year special is the overwhelming ratio at which the good outweighed the bad and so all I can say is thank you. @teocrawford I have been practicing photography on my phone for a long time and I want an actual camera so that I can take my photography a step further. Do you have any recommendations for any new camera that I can buy to learn the basics and to take more professional photos?

There could be 4 different additions, 1st, your landscape photography 2nd, your city/suburban photography 3rd, your specialty projects you've done 4th, a collectors edition which is a massive book of all of them combined. I would absolutely get the collectors edition no matter the price!
There’s this famous shot, you may know it, where James Burke is describing how a rocket creates propulsion. He had one shot, timed it perfectly. It’s spectacular. The opening shot of this video gave me a very similar feeling as the first time I saw Burke’s famous shot. Well done, man. Spectacular.

A few days ago, I watched a movie called Perfect Days by Wim Wenders, and your videos remind me of this movie. This made me realize that, even though I live in a pretty uneventful place, I need to keep creating until I develop my own unique style in videos and photos.
