VTV has been my jam. Thank you for putting these on TH-cam. I was able to grab some time to watch this during my lunch break and still catch little things for me to work on during my practice time. Thanks again!
Master Shirley, I'm a black and white stripe belt. I was severely injured in 2013 when I was shot five times as a Police Officer. The 10 point was part of my daily exercise/rehad regiment. I was taught it in slightly different way but I really like your representation and instruction of the technique/system. Two questions:Where do you train sir? AND: What brand/model Gi do you where? Please feel free to message me directly. I will gladly give you my pedigree information off line in a private chat, if that is possible. Thank you for your time sir.
