Absolutely beautiful! This video brings back so many memories and longing for my Monome 256. I got it back in 2007, and it was truly groundbreaking at the time. It was completely futuristic and served as a huge inspiration for the subsequent generations of controllers and instruments that continue to hit the market today. Even now, it remains a benchmark for the new controllers that come out. Thank you for sharing this amazing video and reminding me of how special my experience was with the Monome 256

i really miss that sense of wonder and optimistic future that the monome gave me along with the music of the time. such pleseant nostalgic memories associated to monome and the community back then. i often will open up way back machine and look at the old monome website to relive that sense of wonder that feels like is no longer present around us anymore.
