It's important as per IPC. Let me tell you that, no matter how bad or criminal someone is, our law still protects them until they are proven guilty by the court. If there were no lawyer to defend a criminal, the case wouldn’t even proceed because, according to the IPC, it's mandatory for both the victim and the accused to have legal representation.
If no law firm in India takes up the case for the accused, the court will ask the state to provide a lawyer. If that fails, they will ask a retired, reputable lawyer to take the case. If even that doesn’t work, the court might seek legal assistance from outside the country. If no lawyer is found at all, the case will not be fought, and ultimately, the criminal will never be punished. That's how the law works.
So, for the sake of justice served to the victim its important to have both sides.

Hindi rashtra bhasha nahi hai. Actually koi bhasha India ki rashtra bhasha nhi hai . Sirf 22 official languages hai schedule 8 of COI me. That’s it. Aur jo Hindi aap bolte hai that’s a mixture of so many languages. Original was Hindustani language jiske liye Gandhi favour karte the naki Hindi ko. Eg “ghar” ko “aawas” nhi bolte tum routine me similarly bath lene ko nahana bolte ho sanaan nhi. Also khana khalo bolte ho bhojan grahan karo nhi bolte routine me.
