+Adrian Wolmarans They played on The World Cafe a few weeks ago and it gave me the feels. You could hear her actively choking back the tears. GREAT musicians getting the feels brings it all together.
+Cracka Kahn Just caught them at the Higher Ground in Burlington, VT earlier this week. I'm a huge fan, so we traveled 3 hours in the cold and rain to make the show. She is amazing, they played their hearts out and even though there was maybe 300 people there, the energy was fantastic, the music was exceptional and I would highly encourage anyone to see TGDSD at any opportunity.
I want to like this band, but I get the impression they are underachieving. The singer has a nice voice, but rarely changes her tone, and the lyrics are kinda mundane.

saw her open for julien baker back in 2021 and have been truly enamored with her songwriting and performing ever since she’s such an underrated gem
