'Nelly's 80 year old son Robert... ' Ha! One of the real benefits of getting to 104 is that your children get to have at least one of their parents around for so, so long. My parents died when I was relatively young, so I have to admit I'm envious.
In my teens I practiced karate daily. I've taped up fractures and performed. Now I'm 65. I tripped in a parking lot, gashed both knees and was nearly unable to walk for a week. Not so bulletproof 50 years later. Got to walk no with grace and dignity. whoops....
