Solution: Just right click on your chrome icon on desktop and select the "open file location" then simply run the chrome.exe file from there. It will work in sha Allah ❤🙂 then delete your old chrome's icon from your desktop and place that .exe as a shortcut on ur desktop and use it..🎉
Main Cause: Your windows firewall or any other antivirus software might be not giving access to your old chrome's shortcut 🤷 and

Honest Opinion : I tried all these stuff step by step and tried again but didn't work for me. Then I simply turned on the option of IPv6, then everything started working fine.
