When I did industrial painting we didn't use primer. The parts are hanging on a conveyor and the go through a washer which has some chemicals in it which etched the metal then it went through a dryer to the paint booth where it was painted. No primer. Their was a thin layer of something on the parts that acted like primer I guess.

Still we used fresh air pumped hodies white body suits and acid secure shoes. No helmet thou.

No one is forcing the employees to do the job, if they do not want it they can quit but no motherfucker has the right to ask the company to reduce there profits inorder to provide safety equipments

These videos are exactly why North American/European corporations offshore their production. There are no laws or health and safety enforcement in those countries. These poor people will eventually be unable to work due to health issues caused from work like this. But at least we save a buck and shareholders get profit dividends.

I believe the silver is a ground coat for a low hiding candy colour. Sometimes they use gold.
