    Loved the multiple camera angles (seeing the frame-by-frame size comparisons was really informative). Great video, IMO one of the best vids you've put out in the past little while. I agree that 15 (FR) and 20 (Rear) is the nicest. But I'd be worried about rubbing too.

    I have 12 in the front and 15 in the rear on F30, and the fitment is on point. Thanks, Brian for putting this together for your subscribers. This shit is a lot of work.

      With the 20mm in the front it rubs on the bumper really bad. So better go with 12.5mm on the front and 20 for the rear.

      With bigger spacers on the back car will understeer a lot easier because more grip from the rear

      For me 15mm spacers all around made my car feel more planted in turns. Also what Imon mentioned can be solved easily with throttle.

    • @Peanutdenver
      @Peanutdenver 4 ปีที่แล้ว

      Your suspension is set up for the designed wheelbase and /track/width/etc, so it won't perform as designed optimally. But for street use it won't make a huge difference unless you go crazy with your spacer width. Track days are a bit different, but all relative to how much wider you're going without making the proper suspension changes for the spacers you've added.

    If you have the larger 19 inch rims on the f80 I did 12.5mm front and back and it aligned perfectly with the body without any rubbing. This is probably the best setup if you’re going to lower the vehicle as well.

    I put michelin 4S 305's on the back of my comp and it looks amazing. Way better than using spacers imo and better meat on the ground for traction. The gap is super small to the bottom of the wheel well and the stance is just sick. I was worried the handling might be compromised but exactly the opposite is what happened. Best cosmetic decision so far other than a rear spoiler.
