    the switch at the top doesn’t stay to the left when i try to move it. Is it supposed to stay to the left? Or do i just need to flick it to reset?

    So when I first got my camera I was just looking at all of the features and everything and i wasn’t sure if it came with a canister or not and i opened the camera, did i expose the film?

    hi! i’m new to this stuff haha. how do you know you used up all of the film and need to reload it and will the images be okay if i open up the camera after using it all up?

    • @superskiier50
      @superskiier50 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You'll know that the film is used up when you can no longer advance the film in the camera. The dial on the back of the camera will feel stiff when you try to move it. I don't know how to rewind film on this camera, but you will have to rewind it back into the film canister before opening the back, or you'll destroy the entire roll

    Does it take the 36 photos? Mine stops after 7 and goes back in the roll like that’s all it came with. Am I loading it incorrectly?

      I had this problem! I think the solution is to lock the rewind slide to the left (so it stays left)

    hi! for some reason my number wheel stopped working around 33 and I've taken probably 30 pictures. is there any other way to tell if my film roll is all used up?

    • @PurpleHippoLoverXD
      @PurpleHippoLoverXD 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@melanieestrella719 i just kept taking pictures, trying to guess when i was near the end of the film roll and you can kinda tell when it won’t really take pictures properly anymore? when i reloaded with a new roll of film, i was able to fix the number wheel but then i had a completely different issue LOL. i ended up contacting the lomography website asking for help and they sent me a brand new one for free (even though i ordered my camera on amazon, who also gave me a full refund for my defective camera). i think it might just be the camera itself tbh, i’d just try and take pictures and keep a rough estimate of how many you’ve taken

    can these cameras take other film (fuji, kodak, etc) or does it only take a specific brand?

    • @goran.mp4
      @goran.mp4 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes! It can use any ISO 400 rated film as that's what the camera is set at (that includes a TON of film brands and stocks including Kodak Portra 400, Fujifilm Superia 400, etc. etc. etc.) You can technically use other/different rated ISO films such as 100, 800, etc. however since the camera is rated at ISO 400, depending on the film you put in you'll be pushing it or pulling it camera so you'll have to let your lab know :)

    I just got my film back from being developed after reloading it like this and all the pictures were messed up. I don't know what I did wrong? There's big blocks of discolouring all over the film and most pictures came out as super white and indecipherable
