13:11 very dirty locos do still exist 😀 I sometimes see modern era locos weathered heavily on model railway layouts, and I ponder how accurate that could be.
Great to see 56098 in this vid. I thought it had been withdrawn in the spring of this year (2024) and added to the 'parts out' (strip for spares) line.
Great video... I'd be interested to know the locations, especially the second clip with all those stabled / discarded locos which is a sad sight, really.
I've not been able to find out myself, seems it's more asking around on the forums. Used to get a double 56 log train by my house but they switched it to a 70 so I've been on the hunt for some more 56s. Do wish we got more 60s up In Chester though, seems to be the one spot that's void of them.
It stems from EWS days and they still have the same management in place. Personally I would like to see GBRF take over DB Cargo and sack the former EWS management as well 😊. I would do it.
Why don't you talk on your videos let people know where you are what train's are going where ect be more interesting to watch rather than just the train noises.
Excellent footage 👍
Perfect timing with the 60 passing the pair of 56s
Great video.... not so familiar with the '60's' but great to see what rolling stock is still working hard these days..... Keep up the great work.
Thanks Ray 👍
Good turnout on the platform for 60 047 's arrival 🎉📷👏
Busy Railtour that one 👍
I remember when 56's first arrived... Back then, they were the first 'new' diesels we'd seen in a while and and there was a bit of a buzz around that.
A 56 then two double heading awesome.love Stephen ❣️
Great video enjoyed it, great variety
Had happy memories watching the class 56's screaming past my signal box each day.

A 60 i remember that when they arrived.many locomotives now they seldom observed.Stephen❤

I remember seeing 20s, 56s and 58s on coal traffic at Worksop in the 80s, mega locos
Great catches 👍
That was Awesome Buddy 👌
Classic gerry hat trick traction

That’s Toton TMD and the class 60 scrap line 👍
@@trainsplanes Thank you.
Lovely video! Is it possible to tell from a headcode whether you'll get a 60 or a 56 on DC Rail services? If not, are there any ways to find out?

@@adamreynolds2372 Ah, okay, thanks. On the Great Western mainline there are DC aggregate trains, but I've only ever seen a class 60
47 on coal mgrs also 58 class Stephen
Money is being spent on the 56s and 60s.
I'd like to see the back of DB Cargo; what they have done to the Class 60s is shameful.

DB Cargo are taking themselves out of the equation. EWS was the biggest freight mover but DB has lost so much work its unbelievable.
You might not have long to wait.
shame about DCR 56091
It’s being worked on…

99% of people don’t want that - I cater for the majority audience 👍
