Indian classical dance is very tough to perform as every mudra should be perfect with perfect expressions. One has to undergo a lot of training to perform it.🙏🇮🇳

Kuchipudi, from Andhra Pradesh.
Odissi, from Odisha.
Sattriya, from Assam.👐 my state
Manipuri, from Manipur.
Mohiniyattam, from Kerala.
There is one more dance form called lavani
Ya but there are other dance forms as well such as:
Bhangra/gidda - Punjab
Rauf - Kashmir
Garba - Gujrat
Ghoomar - Rajasthan
Bihu - Assam
And of course lavani - Maharashtra
In India each state has their own traditional dance .

I hope they can hear the anklet sound (Salangai in Tamil) made by the dancers every time they dance a step. So each step makes music too! bharatham dance is a form of story telling-they do a lot of facial expressions as well. Thanks Korean Dost for learning so much about our Indian Culture!

Basically this dance of lord shiva is done when he is angry so this is the sign of destruction and to show that whenever there would be injustice with truth then destruction would be created by god.

There is so much to notice in any Indian classical dance in a single moment. There are hasth mudra, taal, expression/bhaav, Body precession, hands movement, foot stump...
Each Indian states have there own classical dance forms .like Andhra Pradesh state have" kuchipudi ". TamilNadu state have " bharatha natyam " Orissa state have "odishi" .ect..

You have just watched one form of our classical dances. Do watch others forms of dance too called "kathak", mohiniattam, odissi, Manipuri, kuchipudi too. All the dance forms are based on one particular book called the "natyashastra".

its a fact that if u can do indian classical dance u can do any form of dance in world.. that means it makes ur body flexibal in many aspects so that u can learn any form of dance much faster than ur regular time..

Barathanatayam is famous south Indian classical dance, its origin is from Tamil Nadu, it's very devotional dance, used for expressing devotion towards god and to welcome every people in a ceremony. It's an emotion ❤️ and the dress it's not a skirt, it's saree..
