@fleegle: you're as fast as spinning on a whell - and your movements are so easy and elegant. Thank you (and Roy) soooooo much for doing this video! I have no teacher for spinning around but this video really helps a lot!
I'm learning to spin and this video is a God send. I keep watching it back to see where I can improve my technique. It's also very relaxing to see the fluid way in which you spin.
I love watching you spin but I draft with my left hand so I am having trouble translating your method to my own. I am using an SP Pocket Tibetan and it is a joy to spin. I have several of Mike's spindles but this is becoming a favorite.
Hi, I was at the Sheep and Wool Festival this past weekend and ran into the Spanish Peacock setup. I absolutely fell in love with this particular way of spinning wool. They were sold out by the time I visited their set-up, but am looking forward to ordering a Tibetan spindle. Do you have any recommendations for an absolute beginner? I was mesmerized by your video and could not stop watching your art of hand spinning. Thanks you!!! Paula
Do you pre-draft or do you use rolags? I just got my Tibetan spindle and am learning. I normally don't pre-draft with my drop spindle, wondering if I should with the supported spindle.
@@VorpalPlayer sadly I don’t have a loop option to play your videos. Could you put all your spinning videos on one playlist for ones to be able to watch them all in succession? 🙏 I cannot see a playlist with your videos. Thank you 😊
this is so smooth and I love how gently you flick the tip of the spindle, definitely spinning goals.
Thank you!
you make that look so fluid - especially the process of changing from drafting to winding on and back again. definite "goals".

This is the most wonderful spinning video on TH-cam. I also love Abby Franquemont.
Thank you so much!

Thanks so much for making this video! I am impatiently awaiting the delivery of my first Tibetan.
