What’s your problem with sprintcars?
They are insanely hard to drive!
Put an F1 driver in one of those and see them get wrecked in the first corner..
This takes a different set of balls than modern hypersafe and regulated F1 cars!
Committing to the downforce (or better „sideforce“) of a dirt sprintcar is something totally else!
You can’t even remotely compare the feeling of F1 aero to sprintcar aero..

Maybe this specific group of car has another name (like the silver crown stuff on asphalt) but the function should be the same..
