Wow, that's really far behind. Episode 175 is the Grand Magic Games arc. I think Fairy Tail anime season ended after that and had a long break, that was why you stopped watching. You should continue if you can. There is more to the Grand Magic Games arc, which is easily one of the best. Grand Magic Games Eclipse Celestial Spirits (filler, anime only, not in manga, i suggest skipping it) Sun Village Tartaros (one of the best written arcs in the show) (the guild then disbanded for one year temporarily, which is why Gajeel, Levy and Lily joined the magic council in the mean time) Avatar (this episode is from this arc) Alvarez Empire (final arc to end the show; personally i feel the final arc was rushed and poorly written)

With how they hype the power of and sinister of acnologia then being one-shotted by the power of 7 dragons. 7 DRAGONS VS THOUSAND OF DRAGON POWERS ACNOLOGIA KILLED AND POSSESSED. + any op wizards Eileen, August, and Zeref who settled for a dramatic ending than giving a logical and mind blowing strategy. I really am disappointed with how many years I have invested to this anime just to get that ending lol. Good thing Hiro is trying to redeem himself with the 100 year quest.
