Regarding the "lawsuit"... there was never an actual lawsuit filed... as Oli twitted the other day, after obvious Nihilist Blues / Never Go Back similarity, their managers exchanged phonecalls, and Amy said they can just put her in song credits, no need for other actions, as she is a huge fan. So... that's the lawsuit story. I adore this song, especially after hearing what's it about. ❤️🤘 Perfection!

Its actually not uncommon for labels to be the ones suing over copyright violations and the artists not even knowing about or don’t have a choice in the matter since depending on their contracts often labels have more rights to artists music than the actual artists.
