Super helpful mate. I come across a rhino rack side loader for my Ranger. I'm considering it. Can't think of any other options for price. I know you said you wouldn't recommend buying one. But do you have any other ideas for the ranger?

Cheers mate, look don't get me wrong they do what they need to do so if it's your only option (which it was for us at the time) then it's better then having to push it up by hand if that makes sense but they are abit of hassle compared to other ones I've seen on the road that lift the tinny on from the back with just a 12v winch. If I was setting it up before we had left home I would have just had an aluminium rack welded up to suit the tinny and I would have just used the winch on our bullbar to pull it up. That type of system just seems to work alot better. There are a fair few racks on Facebook market place people have had custom made that would suit most tinnies which you might be worth looking into. 👌

@@WhileWereYoung. Thank you for the response. Appreciate that. Yes only other issue the dual cab has got some twist in the canopy and cabin so gotta work out where to strap etc. But keeping an eye on a rack.
All the best with the travels

@@360-Explorers no worries mate, yeah definitely only attach to the cab or canopy not both. Ours is all on the canopy. Just double check the load rating of ur canopy if it's fibreglass because a lot of them can't carry much weight without like a second load bar system or whatever 👌
      Cheers

    Hey there
Wondering if you wired the plug yourself from the sounder into the JS3000 or did you buy a lead?
We have the JS3000 but use a very heavy small battery to power Lowrance sounder in the tinny
Would love to utilise the jump start instead
Thanks for any tips or feedback
    Love watching your family adventures

      Hey
I just wired it myself from an old charging cord I had with the right plug on it, really simple just a positive and negative wire. 👌
      Cheers mate!

I just cut the end of the cable off it and joined it to my sounder power cable, make sure you don't cut the fuse off the sounder cable 👍
