I think the reason why everyone is so protective of yeonjun is because he might be the way to reach the end but because he kept on dying it resets. That's also probably why he's guilty. Just like explained he is the king and when the king dies his kingdom and people does too. Chess for example the knights are the ones who faces the battlefield but if the king is checkmated the game ends. Everytime yeonjun dies they repeat again and the cat appears because just like in BU jin is asked by the cat if he want a reset. Yeonjun is too that's why he first thought it was salvation. He thought if he goes back in time he'll be able to change the future, to prevent his death and tragedies which he was able to do so he was able to change his future only to make the same mistakes over and over again because he kept on dying.
i think that the nap of a star video proves how yeojun is the way because they all united in the end when yeonjun ran away from the cat, cause after he did, hueningkai came and so did the rest of his friends, so he has to refuse the cat in order to save himself.( I think)

Phenomenal analysis. I completely agree that Beomgyu made a deal with the cat to be swaggy, he's TOO nerdy here for it to have happened naturally. I think they all made a deal with the cat at some point and that's why they have the animal monstrosities. I wanted to point out something that I think is really interesting. I think Taehyun and Beomgyu have a very important dynamic because Taehyun is an owl and Beomgyu is a hedgehog and owls, particularly eagle-owls, actually eat hedgehogs and are some of the biggest predators of Taehyun. I don't think that's a coincidence and could explain why Beomgyu is so distrustful of them. I was also curious, since Soobin is a bat and Yeonjun is a stag, what do you think Huening Kai's animal is? I know he has angelic/demonic wings but what is his corresponding animal?

I think you made a great point with the Taehyun/Beomgyu dynamics and I agree with the fact that it’s not a coincidence that they chose to associate Taehyun with an owl and Beomgyu with an animal that an owl often feeds on. His character is quite sketchy because even if his intentions seem good he often looks very shady when it comes to the info that he chooses to share and his reactions to the events that surround him. As for Hueningkai his character is still a bit difficult to define but I think that his animal could be the dragonfly because Magic Island draws a lot of attention to the fact that he kills one. There must be a reason why they decided to show us those scenes otherwise they are completely pointless. Even if Hyuka’s wings are designed as those of either an angel or a devil, the dragonfly has 2 sets of wings which could be an indication of duality. Also, since the dragonfly has been around for millions of years, it represents adaptability, the ability to overcome hardships and at times even immortality. When associated with emotions, the dragonfly is a symbol of joy, lightness and positivity, but when connected to death it also symbolizes grieving. So far Hueningkai seems to fit these attributes because he’s a very positive and goodhearted character which is also heavily affected by negativity + he’s the only one consistently linked to the idea of immortality because in Nap of a Star he’s in a graveyard and in Eternally he’s literally in the afterlife while his section is called ‘Eternity girl’. It could be a clue! :D

I'm not sure if you're familiar with the show Hannibal but I have actually been seeing some connections between it and the TU, which is insane because Hannibal is one of the darkest TV shows of all time. If you don't know it's a show about the famous serial killer but it is super acclaimed for its visual style, particularly how they portray the corpses, the show essentially turns death and murder into a form of art and poetry. And the scene in the Eternally film (it's a film, not an MV) when Taehyun finds Yeonjun dead with the crown of thorns and purple substance, it honestly looked straight out of something that would be on Hannibal. It was strikingly beautiful and terrifying at the same time. Anyway there is an epsiode in the show where they actually turn a corpse into a dragonfly and it has so much symbolism, like what you were talking about above how it represents duality. How do you think Soobin comes into play as a bat? Of course there are vampire bats that feed off the life force of others, is he draining the group slowly but surely to feed himself? And slightly different but do you think the animals from their introduction films have any meaning at all? They are supposedly part of the TU as well. Like Soobin is a praying mantis, Huening Kai is a lizard, Beomgyu is a butterfly, YJ is a slug, and Taehyun is a parrot. But I have no idea how they relate. Sorry that was a lot. Haha

I know I'm late in seeing this, but I always connected Beomgyu's spikes to the psychological theory called the Hedgehog's Dilemna; where no matter how close hedgehogs want to move together for warmth, they will ultimately injure each other with their spines. It's a reference to the risks with seeking human intimacy.

I think it is possible than Beomgyu has made a pact with the cat or is related to the cat because on his introduction video when he's sitting on the train and during the can't you see me/puma promotions Beomgyu can be seen with odd eyes they are purple and green similar to the cats. Another thing is that during can't you see me when we see Beomgyu fighting someone we can see a glimpse of a room/desk. Later during a t:time featuring taehyun we get to see a close up of the desk. This desk is the same desk that we see in the art concept trailer from BTS game BTS universe in which Jin is standing in front of the desk which is allegedly his father's . This leads me to believe not only are the two universe's contected but that Beomgyu did make a deal with the cat. I also believe that the eternity book may be another name for the map of the soul/Mr seok(jins fathers) diary. Also in one of bts's notes we find that there was a child that seok Jin once met who we the son of mr. Choi I believe it is possible that this child was one of txts Choi's I believe this child could be either of the three. Buti feel more strongly about it being Beomgyu. It is possible that. The man we see him fighting is Mr. Seok whom he takes the eternity book/map of the soul from( after traveling back in time with the help of the cat or maybe right before the time travel in the BTU kicks off) as an act of revenge for letting those men take him away leaving Jin in an endless search for the book. This could also be him fighting against Jin to get the book as we know it contains sensitive information about the universe which can help restore it. We also see yeonjun with odd eyes ice blue and red during the puma promotions. I believe it is possible that he also made an agreement with the cat. My theory is that he wished for freedom as freedom is a form of salvation weather it be freedom from a literal cage like in puma or freedom from the dangers and worry the cat has brought upon them. This may also backfire as he is seen dead twice in the eternally mv once in the destroyed stadium and once with taehyun and again in puma he does seem to be a center with him getting a lot of solo shots and main places. I wrote all this before I watched your analysis. Beomgyu feeling like he's in a drama and being dramatic. This video is probably in his eyes. He was the one who was recording things in the "Eternally" mv. The camera moving back in the bike scene reminded me of "The Dream Chapter: Eternity" trailer with Soobin and him getting more distant from everyone. It makes sense cause their friendship is going through a rough time right now. And since the "Can't You see me" mv we saw them fighting and their promise/friendship is falling apart. They have a lack of communication too. Also, they are wearing red; a lot of red in this mv too. They are alluding to the red in the "Can't you see me" mv and in the album the song "Drama" is first then it's "Can't you see me?" as the second song. I noticed Taehyun's sweatshirt says "My Own Worst Enemy" the first time I watched the mv. It's very fitting for the music video. Beomgyu was the one who couldn't control himself, he's having an inner battle with himself and doesn't know which side to choose, which goes back to the "Angel or Devil" mv. The lyrics, "Tell me, what should I choose...Between an angel and a devil...This struggle inside my head..." "Two voices too noisy." And Beomgyu sings about trying something from a Korean drama lol Also, in the "Angel or Devil" mv Beomgyu ends the music video saying "Tell me, what should I choose." (at 3:52 in the Angel or Devil mv) There are lyrics that say: "Don't wanna be away from you, can I be your pet. By your side for 24 hours straight" in the 'Angel or Devil' mv; it also referenced the "Cat and Dog" mv. This mv reminded me of BTS "Stay Gold" mv too. The garden part with all the violet flowers. In the "Drama" mv, Beomgyu was riding his bike and you can see the violet flowers in the background. (at 1:36 in the Drama mv) It looks like a park. That reminded me of the Arboretum that's mentioned in BTS's notes. I also wanted to mention the "Blue Orangeade" lyric video, these lyrics really stood out. "In the world of darkness…You’re the coolest color of mine. Like how the winter passes by…You make me bloom. You make this cold me thaw..." This reminds me too much of BTS's "Spring Day" and "Stay Gold." And in "Blue Orangeade" they like the color violet, Taehyun is shining a flashlight over all of them and himself, the lyrics you're a dog and I'm a kitty. Also what's up with the lyrics: "Wanna go to the mountains"?? ( I think I figured that out, it's probably alluding to the "Puma" mv; they are on a mountain/hill and in a cave.) The tiger and the cats with lasers coming out of their eyes, which reminded me of "Puma." The alien ships are strange too, maybe alludes to Interstellar and time-travel or the design is just for fun. Anyone else noticing these things, so many clues to their mvs.

Also on drama MV I noticed that there is two types of "camera qualities" : we see some really great quality cinematic scenes (Beomgyu's imaginary drama) and more raw, without filters and lower quality scenes (the real life, like from gopro)
Gosh, I can relate to it sooo much, like I have two friends circle one in school and one near my home. In the school circle, I was like the last one to join others were alrady friends from literally birth while I came into the picture while we were in kindergarden. Sometimes they bring up the fact that they were friends since birth and I would just laugh at it, I was in the group but I felt a lil left out cause they would always bring up my incercurities and my weak points and just provoke it to the point it is just a joke..........they just say it is a joke and leave it over the years it just grew on me and I became insecure to the point I would snap hard. I had noticed the difference, I never fight with anyone but in my last school year I had snapped about 5-6 times. This is too much for me, only one of them blew up but compartively, I-I did not expect it. I consider my friends circle near my home has true friend who I can share anything, they accept me for who I am, thats the reason I call one of them "Unnie" like I only call her that, like its my way of saying you are the only one is very special, like once when my incecurities hit hard and was about to cry, I asked them "Hey, do you think I am fat?" Thier replyies were the world to me,when they asked why are you asking I just told them to shrug it off but they demanded for an answer, and them when I explained why my unnie was just cursing and scolding my school friend while my others friend were talking to me. I don't know about you but I loved unnie's reaction. That's why I still cherish them until today.

Hmm... that Soobin-Beomgyu parallel is very interesting. I think it is happening on purpose, not just by accident. Beomgyu wants to be the main character or be close to Yeonjun, but the only way to do that is to get rid of the other friends, right? I have a feeling that him constantly helping out, like with the fire hydrant and the Band-Aid, is him actually trying to become vital to the friend group. He tries super hard to fix all the others' problems in order to feel validated, but he can't trust them to do the same for him because of what happened to him in Drama. I think that's why he has the thorns on his shoulders; it's the burden of his friends' and his own problems. So, he feels like it is "unfair", like in that photo. He would feel resentful (Can't You See Me), and so he would try to push the other friends away from the main character Yeonjun so he can have a turn in the spotlight. I never noticed the parallel between him being accepted and Soobin feeling isolated, but after this MV I did feel like Beomgyu was the antagonist... this makes so much more sense now.

i think puma is not included in this storyline since it has a story and an explanation of it's own i also think that noas is separated in two parts: when they were kids and then later when they are teens the first one would be the start of the story and the other one would be the end of it considering that all of them are separated in the magic island
I think puma shows us a different story and it does not show 'why' or 'how' all that happened so it cannot be confirmed which timeline it is of so I think when we get more mvs we can connect the dots of puma and how and why everything in puma happen actually happens
Yeah, I agree "Drama" is everything that happens before the present timelines. It makes sense cause this is the first song in "The Dream Chapter: Eternity" album. Also, we both mentioned the promise again. So they forgot they were already friends; they were friends when they were young children right? This looks more like they met as teens. Beomgyu also needs to be saved, the "Save Me" really makes sense for him too. It's Beomgyu's shadow. You're right about Yeonjun being the king in a lot of their mvs. He's also the oldest, right. So it makes sense cause he's a lot like Jin in that way. Yeonjun and Soobin are like Jin, who made a pact with that cat. That cat messes with Yeonjun to much. Why does it feel like that cat is separating them from each other? Yes, they did foreshadow "Drama" in that trailer, I noticed that too :) Soobin is also wearing red just like Beomgyu in the "Drama" mv and that red you talked about when Beomgyu remembers his insecurities. Remember when I mentioned the trains and train tracks. There is a train in the background of the "Drama" mv at 2:07. And they are always playing a game, basketball, video games, old arcade games. Those arcade video games reminded me of BTS again, Taehyung is playing on an old game system in the "Fire" mv and their new "Dynamite" mv has a retro vibe. I wanted to say this before I forget, all of this reminds me of the "Ready Player One" film if anyone has seen the movie you may know what I'm talking about. In the "Blue Orangeade" lyric video, Huening Kai shoots a basketball into the hop. In the "Drama" mv their sports team outfit colors are navy blue and orange, the background has blue and orange colors too.

As for Hueningkai his character is still a bit difficult to define but I think that his animal could be the dragonfly because Magic Island draws a lot of attention to the fact that he kills one. There must be a reason why they decided to show us those scenes otherwise they are completely pointless. Even if Hyuka’s wings are designed as those of either an angel or a devil, the dragonfly has 2 sets of wings which could be an indication of duality. Also, since the dragonfly has been around for millions of years, it represents adaptability, the ability to overcome hardships and at times even immortality. When associated with emotions, the dragonfly is a symbol of joy, lightness and positivity, but when connected to death it also symbolizes grieving. So far Hueningkai seems to fit these attributes because he’s a very positive and goodhearted character which is also heavily affected by negativity + he’s the only one consistently linked to the idea of immortality because in Nap of a Star he’s in a graveyard and in Eternally he’s literally in the afterlife while his section is called ‘Eternity girl’. It could be a clue! :D

I'm not sure if you're familiar with the show Hannibal but I have actually been seeing some connections between it and the TU, which is insane because Hannibal is one of the darkest TV shows of all time. If you don't know it's a show about the famous serial killer but it is super acclaimed for its visual style, particularly how they portray the corpses, the show essentially turns death and murder into a form of art and poetry. And the scene in the Eternally film (it's a film, not an MV) when Taehyun finds Yeonjun dead with the crown of thorns and purple substance, it honestly looked straight out of something that would be on Hannibal. It was strikingly beautiful and terrifying at the same time. Anyway there is an epsiode in the show where they actually turn a corpse into a dragonfly and it has so much symbolism, like what you were talking about above how it represents duality.
How do you think Soobin comes into play as a bat? Of course there are vampire bats that feed off the life force of others, is he draining the group slowly but surely to feed himself? And slightly different but do you think the animals from their introduction films have any meaning at all? They are supposedly part of the TU as well. Like Soobin is a praying mantis, Huening Kai is a lizard, Beomgyu is a butterfly, YJ is a slug, and Taehyun is a parrot. But I have no idea how they relate. Sorry that was a lot. Haha

I know I'm late in seeing this, but I always connected Beomgyu's spikes to the psychological theory called the Hedgehog's Dilemna; where no matter how close hedgehogs want to move together for warmth, they will ultimately injure each other with their spines. I think it is possible than Beomgyu has made a pact with the cat or is related to the cat because on his introduction video when he's sitting on the train and during the can't you see me/puma promotions Beomgyu can be seen with odd eyes they are purple and green similar to the cats. Another thing is that during can't you see me when we see Beomgyu fighting someone we can see a glimpse of a room/desk. Later during a t:time featuring taehyun we get to see a close up of the desk. This desk is the same desk that we see in the art concept trailer from BTS game BTS universe in which Jin is standing in front of the desk which is allegedly his father's . This leads me to believe not only are the two universe's contected but that Beomgyu did make a deal with the cat. I also believe that the eternity book may be another name for the map of the soul/Mr seok(jins fathers) diary. Also in one of bts's notes we find that there was a child that seok Jin once met who we the son of mr. Choi I believe it is possible that this child was one of txts Choi's I believe this child could be either of the three. Buti feel more strongly about it being Beomgyu. It is possible that. The man we see him fighting is Mr. Seok whom he takes the eternity book/map of the soul from( after traveling back in time with the help of the cat or maybe right before the time travel in the BTU kicks off) as an act of revenge for letting those men take him away leaving Jin in an endless search for the book. This could also be him fighting against Jin to get the book as we know it contains sensitive information about the universe which can help restore it.
We also see yeonjun with odd eyes ice blue and red during the puma promotions. I believe it is possible that he also made an agreement with the cat. My theory is that he wished for freedom as freedom is a form of salvation weather it be freedom from a literal cage like in puma or freedom from the dangers and worry the cat has brought upon them. This may also backfire as he is seen dead twice in the eternally mv once in the destroyed stadium and once with taehyun and again in puma he does seem to be a center with him getting a lot of solo shots and main places. I'm not to sure on my yeonjun theory though

I wrote all this before I watched your analysis.
Beomgyu feeling like he's in a drama and being dramatic. This video is probably in his eyes. He was the one who was recording things in the "Eternally" mv. The camera moving back in the bike scene reminded me of "The Dream Chapter: Eternity" trailer with Soobin and him getting more distant from everyone. It makes sense cause their friendship is going through a rough time right now. And since the "Can't You see me" mv we saw them fighting and their promise/friendship is falling apart. They have a lack of communication too. Also, they are wearing red; a lot of red in this mv too. They are alluding to the red in the "Can't you see me" mv and in the album the song "Drama" is first then it's "Can't you see me?" as the second song.
I noticed Taehyun's sweatshirt says "My Own Worst Enemy" the first time I watched the mv. It's very fitting for the music video. Beomgyu was the one who couldn't control himself, he's having an inner battle with himself and doesn't know which side to choose, which goes back to the "Angel or Devil" mv. The lyrics, "Tell me, what should I choose...Between an angel and a devil...This struggle inside my head..." "Two voices too noisy." And Beomgyu sings about trying something from a Korean drama lol Also, in the "Angel or Devil" mv Beomgyu ends the music video saying "Tell me, what should I choose." (at 3:52 in the Angel or Devil mv)
There are lyrics that say: "Don't wanna be away from you, can I be your pet. By your side for 24 hours straight" in the 'Angel or Devil' mv; it also referenced the "Cat and Dog" mv.
This mv reminded me of BTS "Stay Gold" mv too. The garden part with all the violet flowers. In the "Drama" mv, Beomgyu was riding his bike and you can see the violet flowers in the background. (at 1:36 in the Drama mv) It looks like a park. That reminded me of the Arboretum that's mentioned in BTS's notes.
I also wanted to mention the "Blue Orangeade" lyric video, these lyrics really stood out. "In the world of darkness…You’re the coolest color of mine. Like how the winter passes by…You make me bloom. You make this cold me thaw..." This reminds me too much of BTS's "Spring Day" and "Stay Gold." And in "Blue Orangeade" they like the color violet, Taehyun is shining a flashlight over all of them and himself, the lyrics you're a dog and I'm a kitty. Also what's up with the lyrics: "Wanna go to the mountains"?? ( I think I figured that out, it's probably alluding to the "Puma" mv; they are on a mountain/hill and in a cave.)
The tiger and the cats with lasers coming out of their eyes, which reminded me of "Puma." The alien ships are strange too, maybe alludes to Interstellar and time-travel or the design is just for fun. Anyone else noticing these things, so many clues to their mvs.

Gosh, I can relate to it sooo much, like I have two friends circle one in school and one near my home. In the school circle, I was like the last one to join others were alrady friends from literally birth while I came into the picture while we were in kindergarden. Sometimes they bring up the fact that they were friends since birth and I would just laugh at it, I was in the group but I felt a lil left out cause they would always bring up my incercurities and my weak points and just provoke it to the point it is just a joke..........they just say it is a joke and leave it over the years it just grew on me and I became insecure to the point I would snap hard. I had noticed the difference, I never fight with anyone but in my last school year I had snapped about 5-6 times. This is too much for me, only one of them blew up but compartively, I-I did not expect it. I consider my friends circle near my home has true friend who I can share anything, they accept me for who I am, thats the reason I call one of them "Unnie" like I only call her that, like its my way of saying you are the only one is very special, like once when my incecurities hit hard and was about to cry, I asked them "Hey, do you think I am fat?" Thier replyies were the world to me,when they asked why are you asking I just told them to shrug it off but they demanded for an answer, and them when I explained why my unnie was just cursing and scolding my school friend while my others friend were talking to me. I don't know about you but I loved unnie's reaction. That's why I still cherish them until today.

Hmm... that Soobin-Beomgyu parallel is very interesting. I think it is happening on purpose, not just by accident. Beomgyu wants to be the main character or be close to Yeonjun, but the only way to do that is to get rid of the other friends, right? I have a feeling that him constantly helping out, like with the fire hydrant and the Band-Aid, is him actually trying to become vital to the friend group. He tries super hard to fix all the others' problems in order to feel validated, but he can't trust them to do the same for him because of what happened to him in Drama. I think that's why he has the thorns on his shoulders; it's the burden of his friends' and his own problems. So, he feels like it is "unfair", like in that photo. He would feel resentful (Can't You See Me), and so he would try to push the other friends away from the main character Yeonjun so he can have a turn in the spotlight. I never noticed the parallel between him being accepted and Soobin feeling isolated, but after this MV I did feel like Beomgyu was the antagonist... this makes so much more sense now.

I think puma shows us a different story and it does not show 'why' or 'how' all that happened so it cannot be confirmed which timeline it is of so I think when we get more mvs we can connect the dots of puma and how and why everything in puma happen actually happens

Yeah, I agree "Drama" is everything that happens before the present timelines. It makes sense cause this is the first song in "The Dream Chapter: Eternity" album. Also, we both mentioned the promise again. So they forgot they were already friends; they were friends when they were young children right? This looks more like they met as teens.
Beomgyu also needs to be saved, the "Save Me" really makes sense for him too. It's Beomgyu's shadow. You're right about Yeonjun being the king in a lot of their mvs. He's also the oldest, right. So it makes sense cause he's a lot like Jin in that way. Yeonjun and Soobin are like Jin, who made a pact with that cat. That cat messes with Yeonjun to much. Why does it feel like that cat is separating them from each other? Yes, they did foreshadow "Drama" in that trailer, I noticed that too :) Soobin is also wearing red just like Beomgyu in the "Drama" mv and that red you talked about when Beomgyu remembers his insecurities.
Remember when I mentioned the trains and train tracks. There is a train in the background of the "Drama" mv at 2:07. And they are always playing a game, basketball, video games, old arcade games. Those arcade video games reminded me of BTS again, Taehyung is playing on an old game system in the "Fire" mv and their new "Dynamite" mv has a retro vibe. I wanted to say this before I forget, all of this reminds me of the "Ready Player One" film if anyone has seen the movie you may know what I'm talking about. In the "Blue Orangeade" lyric video, Huening Kai shoots a basketball into the hop. In the "Drama" mv their sports team outfit colors are navy blue and orange, the background has blue and orange colors too.
