Besides listening eye contact is equally important because customer are mostly looking at sales consultant 75% of the time during conversation, whereas Sales consultant are only look 40% of time at the customer, you even mentioned if sales consultant is able to increase eye contact with by another 10% and make it 50% then it increase the SC's influence on sell. Is that correct. Just a input I would like to give post lockdown lot of people have lost there jobs & mostly these people into freelancing or they have started their own business, we would love if you can share more content on B2C. I'm finding younger salespeople are typing their notes which I think takes away from the clients experience but more importantly Victor to your point you can highlight key words as effectively IMO. I'm old school write it down and just reenter in the CRM after.
