Yes, they talk glowingly about them, and don't care to give half the coverage to outsiders that they give to star kids.
Media does not come on its own, there is a whole PR machinery behind it. Money buys everything. I hope one day there is a documentary that covers the behind the scenes of how a star kid is launched in films and how a pr team is dedicated to it.
Producers invest in them because 'we' watch them. Media covers them because 'we' consume their news ( gym looks, airport looks, Diwali Eid Christmas parties ). Why are we blaming nepotism? We watch SoTy, Baaghi and we didn't watch sonchiriya. We made them and failed Sushant
