Whoever was saying that Origins suck should look at odyssey now. Origins is 3 times better as an AC game, so Whoever said that this game sucks is either jealous or havent got taste for a good game.
this is one of my favorite in the franchise, just that those npcs in this game always get surprised when they see you running, makes me feel like I'm too fast I need to slow down, meanwhile the map is too huge, in order to shorten your travel time u always need to run across the streets
What I miss in the AC games is the detail to the character's weight when they freerun. In Origins and the succeeding titles, they're almost as light as a feather when they land or jump, whereas the past AC games make you feel like you really jumped from a high place thanks to the camera shake and the sound of rolling.
That happen often to every assassin's creed game until rogue one the character when they walk or sprint feel like they wearing a sandal instead of boot
@@TheJohnnyblaze4ever its actually a 600 year old Greek city at the time of the game. Mk Salario No, that hasn't returned. Free run down has lost all the special drop moves from Unity and Syndicate, and side eject moves have been practically removed as well. Im not a fan of the free running in Origins at all lol.
Dang it. And while I do think the dumbing down of flashy parkour animations makes sense in this time period, they should've at least stayed with Unity's free running inputs and made it more responsive. That one had the most potential to be a very player-expressive parkour system. I could see that clearly in your videos.

Francesco Tomagra i’ve just bougth the game and i am running it on a ps4 slim... i can say that when you are in crowded places and engage in combat with more than 2 soldiers the fps drop is pretty bad.
@@spartankongcountry6799 what "gotta be" an exaggeration? the fact that on ps4 slim the drops for a game bad optimized even for PC are massive? I can assure you that there is no exaggeration. I couldn't say if on pro is running better but on slim the drops reach 20 fps or even lower in some points. The game is "playable", yes, in that way in which you are not disconnected from it, but 20 fps is low, even for a console.
@@bogdandeaconu4872 Its "gotta" be exaggerated in the sense where I rarely hit 20 fps, even if it is crowded. More than two guards at a time is not enough to bring down the frame rate that much.
@@spartankongcountry6799 I don't know how is the game working on xbox. I know that on ps4 slim is running pretty bad. Not only in crowded places, but also, for instance, on the streets in Alexandria when you engage fighting with the guards. The fps drop is massive, it goes under 20. This is something normal. When it comes to performance ps4 slim is not different from the original version which was released in 2013. Assassin's creed origins is a game released in 2017. The performance requirements are higher. If you play, for example, Tomb Raider, or other similar games from 2013-2014, or even 2015, the fps rate would be stable.

Utsav Basu ahahahahahah yeah right. Don’t get me wrong, I love me some AC, but it’s an incredibly bad franchise with a lot of potential that gets wasted for a reason or another. In most games, there’s always a fuck ton of tailing missions, where the npcs will go at the slowest pace possible. Otherwise, an endless quantitative of random collectibles, missions where you act as someone’s glorified mailman, and so on. The combat was always weird, one way or another. Either incredibly easy, simply having to smash the parry button and looking at the enemies all attacking at turns for some reasons, or the weird “Arkham series like” combat from Syndicate, or the endlessly annoying combat in Odyssey and Origins where enemies just wont die and need a countless amount of stabs to go down. The parkour kept changing style throughout, and was either well functioning but visually lacking, or really good visually but shit in functionality. The stealth is straight up completely broken, the AI sometimes will never notice you while you kill someone behind them or will see you trough walls depending on how it’s feeling, and the only options are really: stab him, shoot him, and only Origins and Unity brought some new stuff like smoke bombs, sleep darts, and so on, but is still pretty repetitive. The story is great in some, shit in others, and is always overall bad in the modern day, besides the Desmond arc which was kinda cliche but not bad at all. Spider-Man PS4, on the other hand, was a game of the year candidate, and for all the good reasons. Yeah, Odyssey was too, but.. it’s Odyssey.
This is what makes the AC games so great. The recreations of the cities.
So true the story is hit or miss & the gameplay is nothing special but the graphics & detail are top notch
