Dr. Qadhi stresses that true Islamic teachings promote ease, wisdom, and unity. He encourages following knowledgeable, experienced scholars rather than rigid ideologues. He advises seeking moderation, making du’a for guidance, and judging religious leaders by the positive impact they have on their followers. Islam, he concludes, is a religion of mercy, not extremism.
