RIP Bheema, you did your best. Regarding the next run, I'm excited to see what's coming in 1.0! I'd love to see a Kukat sequel, where you show off how OP mutants can get. Great work so far, can't wait to see the next season!
I think the girsh nephilim was able to shoot twice because of your 50 ms, because you were swimming. I dont remember if you learned that swimming skill, which reduces the ms penalty
Yeah, the speed reduction from swimming killed quite a few of my characters, that's why I try to always have some sort of teleport late game to get out of similar situations. PS: do not fight a galgal while swimming
@@Rogue_Rat I have a run currently where I started with the legendary apple farmer's daughter strat (from one of your earlier videos). Through some shenanigans her ego is now through the roof which results in time dilation applying a -99% debuff to anything nearby. That's the only upfront way of fighting a galgal upfront that I've succeeded in.
Ah well. I guess the timing is good since release is indeed in a few days. They already added the 10 new achievements a couple days ago. Big spoilers there (9 out of 10 are hidden), especially about who or what is atop the Spindle, so not everyone might want to go and read them. The pincers on those Agolgot arms are surprisingly good. 3d6 Long Blades with no PV cap. Technically, those are the two best swords in the game.
Bheema died as he lived by getting beamed (Bheema'd?). Although this quickness issue also killed my run. Them getting a turn you can't react to with one-shot potential is very meh
A couple of days now I have been thinking it has been taking a while to get the new vid, maybe something went wrong with the fight? Then I looked at the video length and knew you were fighting the Nephalim and thought," Hmmm... I do not think this ended well."
I only discovered Qud when 1.0 came out, somehow, and you have been my favorite content creator for it I've found. Anyway, I have a question I was wondering if you knew the answer to. So if you had a character with Heightened Quickness, say rank 16, and Time Dilation rank whatever, how would those interact with each other? Meaning, if Time Dilation lasts for 15 rounds, does that translate to 15 "actions," or because you have so much Quickness would you actually end up with more than 15 actions? Because I thought it would be kinda hilarious to have a "Time Master" build, with Heightened Quickness, Adrenal Control, and Time Dilation. And I did try to look this up, but I couldn't find any posts discussing the interactions. Regardless, thank you for your videos. Been fun to learn the game off of your channel.
Sorry for the long reply! So quickness is a funny one, because 100 is the default so if you get to say 150 quickness, you'll have 1.5 actions per turn = 3 actions every 2 turns, and quickness rolls over into following turns. The new season I'm playing right now is using this exact build!
@Rogue_Rat Yeah, I watched the premier yesterday and it made me laugh my build idea was actually being played. Speaking of, I discovered something on the Wiki yesterday that is relevant. Even though I know you loathe Adrenal Control, apparently if you pop it right before you Bask, you get the increased level for Bask's entire duration. Meaning at rank 10 Adrenal Control, Bask would gain an additional day duration, 8 extra quickness, and an additional serving of ingredients. Pretty sweet. Oh, and I tried doing some research if Fasting Way would double the duration of Bask, but the only thing I found was an article on Steam from 2015 saying he thought it did. So maybe that would be good? Thanks for the reply!
We're SO back!
Edit after watching... it's so over.
Lmao amazing edit
it was a good run, but now all we have to do is wait for the new qud update :D

Awesome your reaction to death 😂.
So hyped for next season!
Good run! I'm looking forward to 1.0!
Can't wait!

Bing bong! That’s it! I think in 1000 hours I’ve never learned swimming haha

@@Ru55iaN007 never fight a gal gal regardless! (Unless your quickness is high af)

'Twas a good run. Looking forward to doing a playalong with a corrosive gas build in 1.0
Jotun sends his regards
A great tragedy, I thought Bheema might be the one to dethrone Kukat, but it was not to be! Cant wait to see what comes next.
Kukat is still king!
