You can put benches under the seats in the church so you can sit in there. Also benches work as the front and back seats of the car so you can sit in that too.

They of course have their uses but I use the small raft in the river system to avoid getting cold and wet. They are relatively cheap to build so I will usually have about 10 of them scattered around around so I don't have to go looking for the same raft over and over. Obviously, floating on the river gives me a nice breather from cannibals and tribals as well.
Are these still available to make now? I've just started playing & don't remember seeing this is the book?
Fun fact: the wall garden is very useful as you can put it on the sides of boats to maximise storage, also you can’t put normal gardens in boats. Use wall planters

So what I've gathered is that everything is complicated
This is very complicated, moving on - the main thing I’ve gathered from the video
You make things that would normally sound boring, like supremely chill and incredibly informative lol
For the glider, you can actually fly over and over, you just need to find an angle and do very smooth turns in the air so you can go higher and higher, very useful for making far distances such as going hunting boars on the winter biome, to go back to the base you need to jump from the cliff and do the infinite flying stuff again
I'm just here because I miss your videos. me and my mates used to always look to you if we needed guidance in forest, good memories

@@Petra999 49 minutes is pretty much 50 minutes, and he stops talking about buildings at roughly 49:30, and since we round up, the video is practically 50 minutes. Saying that he doesn't want a video to be 1 hour long implies that he wants 20-30 minutes of content, 50 minutes is closer to 1 hour than the implied 30 so shut up smartass. That's not even what you do in calculus, so please shut up you 12 year old child.

I’ve been playing the Forest forever now and I just now learned the stick holder has a larger option. Amongst a few other little things lol.

started this game way back when it just came out in alpha, now getting back into it, you cover a lot very well
I found I was able to stack multiple instances of the large stick holder as well as the large rock holder inside each other at some point. Not sure of a procedure but I had 4 or 5 of each glitched on top of each other so essentially increased the capacity every time I stacked. Just a little space saver tip.
Man, the logs actually looked better in the earlier versions of the game.
Had to come check this channel out because people on my channel kept saying we sound the same. I'm hearing a lot of kiwi inflections in your voice though bro haha! (Great channel though mate, all the best!)
Yeah, I’m a kiwi. Most people assume I’m an Aussie so I just go with it and there use I’ll be correcting people all day everyday.

@Farkat , my buddy found out if you drop a cannibal body on the log sled it will flip about 30 ft in the air, so its possible to get them out of water, we have done it a few times.
Best use for weapon rack is to hold a bunch of spears on some kind of high ground

I learned today that the cranes automatically cut holes into custom floors. So you can place them directly under a custom floor and it will build into it.
you have no idea how excited i am for these types of videos on sons of the forest
Both tree houses, tree platforms, and tree ziplines can avoid building destruction regardless if building destruction is on our off. If you hit the one time with any axe and damage it nothing can knock it down. Making this safe to use but you MUST redo this process each time you load the game. I had an Ewoke Village that depended on this process and if you miss a single tree they knock down that platform plus the 2 tree bridges connected to it.
So trees can be a safe haven as long as you prepare ahead of time. Unless you want an authentic game then don't bother and enjoy falling as Armsy swoops in under you.

I use the small raft a lot to ferry logs and sticks from more fertile parts to my construction site and also to ferry rocks to the smaller islands where they don't have much space to spawn on. If you plan the holders before finishing them, you can fit more of them. I have 3 large log holders and 2 large stick holders on my current raft. I also like to build a lamp or two on the raft, sometimes even a water collector.

Me: builds about a 30-50 leaf traps together for a big wall of fire.
Canibals: are we still the bad guys?
For the birdhouses you can also attach the wallmounted gardening boxs. I attach about 12 each on my house boat and can be completely sustainable without ever having to come to land
I made 2 saves and a base on the same area. One is heavily lighted with skull lantern sticks, one not so much. Cannibals seem to be very attracted to the lighted area, and even place effigies nearby which I didn't even know was possible and has its own animations.
Edit: I never found a church bp in my game...
It's in an underwater cave. There's 3 I believe pretty easy to find aswell. Need the Rebreather tho

When adding arrows to the arrow basket, make sure they are normal tipped otherwise you’ll lose the special ones

Best forest youtuber and easily the hardest working one
1:45 Sleep allows you to get your stats up quicker with Athleticism and Strength, unless they changed this again. Usually you can only get one point per day, in combination with good eating habits. If you DON'T sleep you get an exhaustion / over exertion penalty.
