As one of the 3 original members.I feel our biggest hit & 1st million seller "I'm Still Here"will always be our trademark song.R.I.P. LaSalle Matthews aka (Tiny) our 2nd tenor who passed away in 2004.
I remember very clearly, I'm still here, I'm so proud, was remixed by the Isley brothers. This was an amazing group our of Chicago. I was inspired by their Vocals Style it was beautiful with every instrument. They have others Songs. Thank you for sharing. Keep posting more. 05/10/24 ♡U
As a DJ in Chicago during the seventies, I used to spin "I'm Still Here" on 45. Saw them perform at a club on Chicago's Westside. They were the real deal.
I have prided myself on being a soul music officanado. But I have to admit this group stumped me. Most of the songs mentioned here are covers of songs made popular by other groups. From what you played here they did have a great sound and it is my loss that I never heard of them.
I Love the Emotions, I know I asked you to do a video on these ladies, I’m asking again😂😂… I can recall a few songs, but I never knew the groups name. Be thankful and daddy’s home was my favorite.
I like this dawg and we you get the chance could you do one on the group the Cleftones and the Clovers who did devil or angel and the group the marcels and the Del-Vikings 🔥🔥🔥🔥👍👍
My favorite is "Think Before You Stop." But in my opinion, the most overlooked single is "I Don't Wanna Be Late". Cliff Curry and I have been friends since 1968 when we were both at Curtom Records.
I love watching your show I hope you can help me find this male group probably from the 70' or 80' singing a song named Movin On sorry I don't have a name to even suggest for you
This clip unfortunately leaves out any mention of the 20 plus years from 1993-2016 when Michael Thurman and Marcus Gentry recorded, toured and performed as part of the Notations with Bobby Thomas & Cliff Curry.
Super people was the b side of it only hurts for a little while they they wanted Curtis mayflower to do the song but he said no you guys go ahead and do yourself
I'm So Proud!!!!!!!!!

I’ll do some digging and add them to my list
"Movin' On" is by the group "Ace Spectrum". It is a favorite of Chicago's Steppin' community.
Good morning thank you so much
Ace Spectrum made that song in 1974. Members: Aubrey Johnson, Elliot Isaac, Henry Zant, Rudy Gay.
