As a DJ in Chicago during the seventies, I used to spin "I'm Still Here" on 45. Saw them perform at a club on Chicago's Westside. They were the real deal.
I have prided myself on being a soul music officanado. But I have to admit this group stumped me. Most of the songs mentioned here are covers of songs made popular by other groups. From what you played here they did have a great sound and it is my loss that I never heard of them.
I Love the Emotions, I know I asked you to do a video on these ladies, I’m asking again😂😂… I can recall a few songs, but I never knew the groups name. Be thankful and daddy’s home was my favorite.
