- Since Jaap is shooting in the historical traditional class, he is not allowed to use a modern tab like Simon's. This made him think. "Could I make my own version of it?" Armed with some wood and leather, he took it on.

Een recurve grip zou wel leuk zijn, ik heb er zelf eentje uit purperhart gemaakt maar weet niet echt goed hoe ik hem naar mn hand kan maken
I made a modern finger tab (like a Fivics Saker 1) for myself last year and it's so much cooler to use your own!
where do you get the leather ?
Is the historical bow class different from fita 3D? I've just read the fita rules 'cos I've modified a tab this week too, no platform allowed but a spacer is ok.

Great video. But, hey, that's no way to make coffee. Stove-top percolation! Has to be. Unless you have an espresso machine of course.
If we could, an IV would he the ideal way for coffee intake, but the tubes would surely get in the way

Hope Mr. Fairweather is OK about you taking his design/copyright. I know a lot of archers modify tabs, but I can’t see KSL or Brady Ellison being OK with you totally copying their tab design.
We respect Simon's design and company very much and we showed him what we were up to before. I think it's okay since we explicitly state that Jaap loves the tab and is simply not allowed to shoot it in competitions. We don't plan on selling these anyways!
There's virtually no difference in leather shape between different tab designs anyway
This is not a copy. It uses 100% different materials and the original leather.
