Do yourself a favor if you haven’t already. Do not update past the release day patch if you are a franchise player. EA always caves to the comp players and ruins the gameplay
I dont know what it is for me but opposing team qbs break so many tackles. I have a punch of good tacklers on my team and the other teams qb will rush for 100 yards with 10-20 broken tackles
I've noticed that running the ball for the user is very easy, I personally have tested lowering my RUNNING BLOCKING to "0" for user & raise the CPU RUN BLOCKING to "70". That's just me and I love how challenging it is stopping the CPU run game without the cheese....try it if you like but it plays pretty realistic for me. Also I lowered the WR catching to "35" for both user/cpu and its played better with WRs dropping the ball realistically to me. Let me know if anyone tests this theory. Thanks
You be going crazy with the game play sliders.. You know I'm not touching them much. Other things can be done to nerf the run game. But try the set without those changes on all Madden

Is there any way sliders can make the CPU run more and throw less checkdowns? Some teams run the ball like 10 times or less far too often and the QB targets the starting TE much more than X Factor WR1s 🤯 CFB 25 does such a better job of this, in my opinion. What I wouldn’t do for Madden’s gameplay to be exactly like CFB.😅

I gotcha. I’m definitely gonna try these. 2 things I might mess with are speed parity, and fatigue. I’ve found fatigue is best at 70, and with fine tuned auto subs, I get a decent rotation, and with parity, I find 10-15 is best if you want a separation between a 95 speed, and an 85 speed. IRL speed is a massive advantage, and having a d-lineman chase down Lamar from behind, without even a pursuit angle is just ridiculous. But happens almost everytime
Ya my bad. I meant with the fatigue slider at 70 I was getting good results. I meant more that I’m gonna mess with the fatigue slider to see the results with your auto sub sliders. I realize you do it for gameplay, not for substitution patterns. But I want to see my players get tired and subbed. So far no luck. Players just get exhausted and jog 😑
This slider set is pretty fun. Any advice how to address cpu defense psychic abilities? If they are in zone but you run, they all react immediately or even before you actually hand it off, if PA nobody bites, and some of the defenders run routes for the receivers..
Does setting auto subs on the main menu matter because in frnachisd dont auto subs only effect your team. I notice putting your auto subs in maim menu then going into frnachise it plays different almost like it applies to both teams

Everyone says running is easy. Im having problems with the running game. Sometimes the back goes through the wrong gap. Am I supposed to let the rb run on his own or what. I get about 3 yards per carry😂😂😂
Wherever the designed hole is for the run to go, try and run there. Also, don’t hit turbo until you’re about at the second level or past the LOS. Also “Mike” linebackers that are in gaps or areas the run is supposed to go.
Anyone else having franchise plays played for rookies developed traits reset every time you save and go back in the game. EA is such crap. They cant fix or make anything right.

You can play.. apparently the traits are there, it's just a visual glitch
it shows the traits on the player card but if you edit it shows they aren’t there

@zacrodriguez538 but auto subs impact game play...I talk about this extensively.... You can't make auto subs for rotations.

Yo fam like your sliders, only issue is im getting only one RB per team getting snaps and rushing.
Use formation subs and make your 3rd down back and power back different. As for AI teams, no fix.

You don't need to set them in main menu and in franchise the CPU mimics your auto subs settings
