    Alam tagal ko ng dream gawin ang buchi pero never nagawa,isa ito sa all time favorite ko kahit japanese or chinese style..galing mo talaga sa mga sweeet delights....

    Ang galing nmn po, ako kapag nagawa ng buchi lumolobo at pumuputok tlga, gusto ko ung ganyan na buchi firm lang, baket pu kaya pumuputok ung akin pag nag luluto ako

    Para saan po ang oil sa mixture? For easy forming po? Ang problem ko po sa buchi kapag lumamig tumitigas :( at kapag maramihan ang gagawim tumitigas yung dough na galapong :( any remedy po?

      Hello Maui. Tama po, yung oil po para mas madali mag bilog. Nakakatulong sya para hindi dumikit sa kamay ung galapong. Para naman po hindi tumigas ung dough, takpan nyo po muna ng plastic wrap or ilagay nyo po muna sa tupperware at takpan ung mga hindi muna ginagamit/ginagalaw para di po mahanginan. Sana po naka tulong ako. Bless you po.

      Hi Cassy. In the video I made 15 big sized buchi. But this recipe can make about 25-30 pcs. regular sized buchi. Thank you very much for watching! Have a nice day! 😊

    Paano po gagawin kc asyadong dumidikit sa kamay kapag minasa na at binilog

      Pwede po na magpahid ng vegetable oil sa kamay pag nag mamasa or pag binibilog po. Kung sobrang dikit po talaga baka kulang po na harina, mag dagdag nalang po kayo pakonti konti. Sana nakatulong po ako. Bless you po! 😊

      Hi Joan! If cooked it will last 3-5 days po, then pwede tumagal ng 1 week pag nilagay sa fridge(properly stored) If uncooked then stored in the fridge it will last for 1 week. If frozen po 2-3 months. Properly stored po dapat para tumagal 😊 Thank you Joan for watching! Have a nice day!!!!!
