Glad to hear that, if it doesn't turn out right there's nothing wrong with doing it again or starting over. Many of us experienced animators delete and completely reanimate frames many times, so don't think you're just exceptionally bad if you can't nail it your first few tries.

On your toolbar when you're using the selection tool, uncheck the big magnet icon. If you're still experiencing snappy movements, go to Edit and turn off "snape to pixels" and "snap to grid."

Scuttling existing is why the idles in project nexus classic look weird

They're the same program more or less.

What name of editor
i need help. i am new to animating on flash, and when i press F6 on the fram with the foot, it either completely removes the foot, or brings me to the last frame. please tell me what i am doing wrong.

It shouldn't be removing the foot. Usually the problem is that you have the entire timeline of frames for that layer selected. So just left click ONE frame for the foot layer and press F6. If you switch layers and press F6 immediately it'll keyframe the entire timeline for that layer.
How i can put sounds?
Like shoot sounds and that stuff's
use an third party audio editor like audacity and edit the sounds within the finished animation

there are 2 routes you can go
1. piracy: adbode REALLY doesn't care about their software being pirated, but u can pirate flash 8 ez no sketchy downloads.
2. you can use free animation softwares (opentoonz, stykz) and import the madness combat assets.
I havent tried any free animators, but if one of them supports png or svg, i can teach you how to import the assets. i can also teach you method 1. if you are still intersted, we can do discord
I really just reccomend using flash, anything else and the community will see ur animations as forever trash, just pirate flash or Adobe Animate, whichever you prefer

I typically animate a scene at 33fps and then lower it to 30 after the scene is done, it makes it look better.
