Can you make a videi for people who live in countries outside of the magical list of eligible countries of FB? I was struck by the fact I can't monetize in my country. Stone age stupidity. I'm from Europe. Everyone interested in this video request, please upvote this comment. I can only imagine the number of people, who are outside of this small list of countries.
Unfortunately the only solution would be to partner with someone in an eligible country, fb does not provide reasons why some countries are not available. But you can still make money growing pages to grow a network where you can sell shares and traffic or sell them.

So, for anyone wondering on this subject. There is basically one solution, but it's not worth the risk. The solution is to partner with someone in eligible country and let him/her manage all the content upload, but if FB catches this, you will be screwed. They will likely catch you fast since the money goes to you, not to the account manager and there is the first obvious problem. The other option is for you to upload via VPN, but this one is faster to get detected. You can try monetizing FB via Instant Articles as the best for now apart from in-stream ads not being eligible for you. Hope that helps.
Finally finding this comment. I've been looking for this, having a similar problem. It's been a couple of months and still no changes in list of eligible countries, why there are only few EU countries are included in the FB stars program. Even the Bonus program is very picky in inviting. Very disappointed at Facebook. 😓
