The ladies in the front are not supposed to react except for cues to do dance routines. when you can get them to turn their heads and react; when you can get the crowd to snap their neck and groove; when you can get your own band members to turn around looking surprised cuz they've never heard this arrangement before...then you know you've established legendary status.
