- Working in the kitchen is not easy, that's why relaxing and bonding with family is very important, every day off we often go to places and try different restaurants. Palermo is one of the closest places from our town so we often go there to roam around and do some shopping. In this video I want to share the beauty of Palermo, I like it very much because it's very characteristic, beautiful panoramic view and they have very good food in there, Also they're also very rich when it comes to art and history. Palermitani are very warm people just like here in our town. I'm hoping that you will like this video and perhaps one day visit Palermo.

I think Palermo is beautiful! But I think Italy as a whole is a beautiful country. I love their cheese and wines. I would love to visit Tuscany and Capri someday, God willing.
I have friends who went to Italy a couple of years ago on one of those Perillo Italian vacation tour packages (9 days) and they love it!
Yes, there's a lot of walking involved. Talk about walking, did you know that according to many research I've read, walking is the best form of exercise? You'll burn more calories walking than running. Gym/fitness clubs are good for building or toning muscles, but walking, especially "brisk" or fast walking takes care of your whole body (from cardio, joints, mental acuity, weight loss, blood pressure, etc.).
I've been retired for about 4 years now. My form of exercise before my retirement were gardening and walking on weekends. Now that I'm retired, I walk everyday: 2 miles in the morning and 1 mile in the afternoon, 5 days a week. I tell you, I have never felt better in my whole life.

3 years ago, we traveled to Barcelona and Rome. I love both cities, the food and the architectural buildings took my breath away.,Then 2 years ago we went to British Isles and Amsterdam. Amazing places! After pandemic, we will travel again.

Ciao Miss Maria Pablo! Yes! We have the best pistachio, quite expensive though, even for us. But really worth it, the best gelateria in Plermo is called “Brioscià”
