I think a better option is to make 60-80% of sheep around the map in the same quadrants ( like each quadrant should have 15-20% of total sheep ) and keep the last 20-40% random, it still involves a bit of luck and makes the games different without fucking up someone totally because he had 0 sheep.
@BeastyqtSC2 but wouldn't having 2 deer packs and a boar in the same location make it a contentious opportunity for the players to fight over? Whoever wins the food would have a major advantage...so long as both players know about it lmao.
lets indroduce sheep relaxation factor. populate the first sheep and the placement of next sheep will try to maximize the distance from the first sheep (and some other factor, like map border and TC) and introduce like 40% noise for randomness :)

Would be the same amount of wood and you had 2 towers with relics in them if you happen to need them like in a raid. The only thing that might be worse compared to a monastery is, that you probably need 2 vills to build both towers or it might take a bit too long and your relic arrive before you can place it.

Building a second town center out there makes absolutely no sense to me. It's so weak. 750 resources committed to possibly dying is insane for me. I would never do that. All it takes is some man at arms and 1 battering ram.
Random question, I’m trying to figure out these attack bonuses for different units. For example, a regular spearman has an attack of 7….it has an attack bonus of +17 against cavalry. Does that mean his total attack against cavalry is 24? I added 17+7 to get the 24. Or is his attack just 17 against cavalry? Thanks guys!
They should add a max dmg from area weapons per tick and max heal per tick. To discourage spamming mass healers, mass otto bombos, mass mangos So if u hit a unit with 3 mangos, u don't get more damage if u hit it with 4,5,6 mangos shooting the same blob of archers. There is a ceiling. And if u heal a elephant with 6 priests it doesn't provide healing over a max per tick threshold that is per unit type. For example it is possible to quadruple heal shaolin monks per tick and then the 4th heal component (monk) can with doubled trebled quadrupled up so you can have 5 healers healing a shaolin monk and it's getting 8 healing events per tick. Which is nonsense
I love your guides but your gameplay videos makes me nervous as fuck. The artificial unnecessary clicks only to keep that apm up high are driving me fucking crazy. How anyone can watch this without going batshit crazy from the clicking noise is beyond me.
it has nothing to do with apm clicks, he made a video on macro and hotkeys explaining why he do those. It's to check the production of the important buildings.
2 of these games were in drongo videos, that's why they felt so familiar.
