Hey, im just wondering, does this dude actually read any of the comments? He seems to be only playing brilliant stuff, but seldom talks. It's more of a big deal to watch him talking than watching him playing
He's korean. Probably dosn't read most of the english comments which is... the majority. And also he's probably working on the guitar tabs of his next cover/song...
A kind of clarity, yet focus. When you've practiced something enough to do it so well you generally just have this focus, yet you're not really thinking at all. Generally if you get into that mode of thinking about it too much that is when you make mistakes.
The thing I think that seperates Sungha Jung instrumentals from most guitar instrumentals is that his covers have more humanity. More feeling. Fingerstyle instrumentals can get very robotic. Especially the ones you find in guitar books at music stores. But his covers are more dynamic and free flowing. I dont know who writes all of them, I assume he does not, but I'm not sure about the ones when he was really young.. But even then, the way he plays it is just at a whole other level.
