Anyone who plays guitar will know that it isn't as easy as he makes it look.
I agree. I've been playing for 2 years and he's leagues ahead of me. I'm inspired by him instead of feeling that I'll never be that good though. My favorite guitar players are Peter Gergely, Gareth Evans, Andrew Foy, Sungha Jung, and Ellen Chang. Just to state lol.

I've been playing for about 2 years and I have been really studying his songs. I can now play a thousand years, my immortal, and fireflies the same way he can. its just a matter if practice. Don't get me wrong, he still is way better than me by a long shot.

After 3 weeks of practice I finally mastered the first 30 seconds
STRAWBERRY.LEMON [YT] it took me only 15 minute to master that 30 second then it took me 4 years for the whole song especially the part that need to keep beat and tone same time.i still haven't master it completely

So in the age of new technologies, playing live really makes me happy, but it's kinda sad to see reaction on faces of my friends when i show them this, they are not even a bit exited, they really think it's common to play like this, and it's totally covered with computer, guy that doesen't play a guitar will never understand how hard and great this sungha jung is, it's just awesome, keep up the good work, nomatter the life turns your arrangement's are really making my days

Finger callouses need to be built up, sometimes causing bloody fingers and nerve damage in your fingers, the endless hours of practice going into precision and memorizing the song...... and all that heart into playing it right.... and so much more!
Passion goes before Fame. That's how I learnt it. I mean I play Guitar but I'd rather stick with my current social status as of right now, Because I'd have the paparazzi on my ass if I were to be popular. I'm still learning Fingerstyle but really, Think twice. Great analogy though!

ty hebert It honestly doesn't take that long to get good if you work hard at it. I went from not being able to play guitar at all to playing songs like Classical Gas and Tangerine Puppet perfectly in a matter of like 6 or 7 months. But I also sat in my room all day playing.

Same here! Though I play flute, I'm learning guitar but I know it takes a lot of hard work to play and get good at instrument. For me it took 3 years to get decent at my flute (I was teaching myself and didn't realize what I was doing wrong but once I got a teacher my progress skyrocketed) I can only feel inspired by these people and know some day as long as I keep working hard it will happen with my flute and guitar. Though because it's music a true musician can never be satisfied with their work just comes with the hobby XP not that there's anything bad about it
