Even though my model was depicted in the video, it gave me enough information to take off the top to inspect the shock absorbers. I did not see any damage to the shock absorbers but my wife found a video on replacing them and someone suggested duct taping pool noodle sections around the outside walls to act as a buffer to the drum/tube knocking against the walls during a spin cycle. We'll see next time she does laundry whether or not the washer tries to walk out of the laundry room .
Damn my drive assembly didn't want tapped from inside or pulled from outside. Update: the seal was corroded and stuck which was causing the leak and extra hard work
If you've had it for years, it's likely a cleaning issue. The floating tub gets stuck to the gear and can't lock in to spin mode. Tub needs to be removed and cleaned
Do not underestimate the amount of force needed to overcome the magnets involved in removing that cover at the bottom of the motor housing. Especially if you are working in cramped quarters.

tried taking 7/16 impeller bolt off but the tub and impeller spin, how can I brace the impeller so it won't spin, thanks for any help

My four bolt 🔩 holes on the gear tranny don't sit flush with the plastic washer tub holes. The back ones are farther away. Is this normal?
