Start off doing half-caf and slowly switch it to decaf coffee it’s honestly a lot easier and it’s better on your body to do it that way!
I have just recently stopped drinking fully caffeinated coffee… I used to drink an insane amount of caffeinated coffee and I had to stop due to mental and physical health issues.
It’s also okay to have a full caffeinated coffee every now and then, just keep it small and very infrequently it will always help with the headaches if you’ve already hydrated.

I just recently started mixing decaf grounds with regular, 1/2 and 1/2. I honestly can’t tell the difference. I have issues with anxiety and thought cutting down on regular may be a good idea.
@@joytoyouandme4593 that is one of the main reasons I had to cut my caffeine intake down significantly! Sometimes I really do just need some caffeinated coffee and I allow myself to have it when I really need it, but that is very rarely.
Have you noticed that your anxiety levels have gotten better?

If Justin is getting caffeine withdrawal he could try to gradually wean by switching to half caffeine coffee or he can try taking Excedrine when he gets a headache (it has a little caffeine in it). Hope he finds this helpful

The boys were born on April 23rd, 2020. Almost a year and a half!! Emma turned 3yrs, two months ago!!
I just switched to de caffeinated coffee. Honestly, it tastes like real coffee, no fake taste. I can’t tell the difference. And I am sleeping better. For headaches drink more Water. Your probably dehydrated.

I stopped dead turkey back in April, drinking soda. I don't miss it. I had kidney stones bad. Now I feel so much better now.

I gave up drinking coffee and, a few days later, my head was bursting. I was even shaking. I spoke to the Pharmacist but forgot to mention the coffee because I didn't tie in the 2. He asked my if I'd stopped taking medication or given anything up. Boom, it was the coffee. Took a couple of weeks but was okay. That's why I never drink soda, addictive. Now I can enjoy a one or two coffees but never overdo it.

I agree, rescue dog is the best way to go. There are lots to to choose from. They range from puppies to seniors.
Puppies are hard when you have little ones. They teeth on everything, furniture, toys and your little ones. As far as a a full grown adult dog, you could go in between.
I trained as a volunteer at an animal rescue center. The depth and time the various professionals spend with these dogs to evaluate and categorize these animals is commendable. The goal of every evaluation 👉🏼categorization placement 👉🏼and ultimately adoption .
The worst fear, failed placement. It happens.
Yes, Stef Ann, some are not go with small children. That is noted, or should be noted in that dogs file. He’s categorized “not good with children” but this dog can still be adopted by people with no children, or older kids in the home.✌️

I know this sounds weird but Midol helps with coffee withdraw headache because it contains a small amount of caffeine and a anti inflammatory

I don’t know if you want to quit caffeine all together but if not green tea will still give you some caffeine to wake you up and at least in my case if I stop drinking it i don’t get those headaches anymore. I stopped drinking coffee everyday and now I have it sparingly but no headaches. Also coconut water helps me feel energized or a fruit smoothie with açaí. Just some alternatives for Justin.

I think with soda withdrawal you should slowly cut back each day and then build it up until your body is over it. I’m cutting back on Coca Cola at the moment but it is difficult but you can do it!!! For Justin, dont go cold turkey with the coffee. best way to do it would be to cut a cup a week. so if you start with 3 cups a day the first week you do two , the second week you have one. its the way that worked for me.

Justin try Walmart's Equate headache relief, I know it sounds contradictory since it has caffeine, but that is used so it works faster, It has acetaminophen 250 mg, aspirin 250 mg and caffeine 65 mg. Neither of you are old. Justin I also heard that for every grey hair you pull out five grow back in its place, truth or oldwives tale.
Justin try drinking green tea 🍵 or matcha if you can stand the taste. Also a coke off and on while getting if course as well. Also get on the house plans 🤣❤️ happy birthday 🎉🎁

I drink coffee all the time and when I need a break I try and cut back slowly.. if he has 2 cups a day he should cut back to one cup a day and then one cup every other day and then one cup every two days and it will get easier and easier it takes time but at least he won’t get the caffeine migraines from cold turkey !
When I tried to wean off coffee only thing that soothed my addiction was hot green tea with a tad of sugar and honey. Made me think it was coffee. I mean I'm weak I gave in later but ya know yolo

Aaww I've been watching you guys since after Brian. Love your family. I'm not much older than you guys 😊. I'm 31 and omg I've been going grey since 27 like too. I'm not going to die my hair but my greys are more obvious now booo joys of getting older. What's justin doing for his 30th apart from antique shopping? As we was only aloud to have 6 people in gardens In the UK and I'm a summer baby me my kids and my best friends family had a bbq in my garden was so lovely to celebrate like that as hardly have people over for bbqs as I have m.e/cfs and struggle with energy not fun when I used to be active person. Can't spend my birthday with my grandparents that are like my parents to me as they was shielding. This year's birthday was like my 30th all over again my grandparents took me to a garden centre we had food then went plant shopping one of my favourite things lol. My youngest child is 11 in 18 days so sad to think my last child is turning into a pre teen and don't j know it with him lol. My daughter is 13 on march they grow up sooooo quickly!!!!
