It doesn't matter what else you include, but you at least must give an honorable mention to Convoy and Smokey and the Bandit - those two really popularized truck movies
White Line Fever, Black Dog, & Breaker, Breaker, Were Three Of My Favorite Trucker Movies. To Those Who Handle 18-Wheelers, KEEP ON TRUCKING, & Stay Safe😊.
Been driving trucks for 28 years! My personal favorites are Black Dog, Smokey and the Bandit and Convoy! Some on your list I have not seen, but will look for!
For the record, the correct industry name is not “long nose” trucks but “conventional”. The correct names or terms are COE for Cab Over Engine and Conventional.
My favourite ones are Duel and Licence To Kill (which is a Bond film, but since the final half hour of the film features a truck chase, is also classified as a trucker movie.)
Movies like Smokey and The Bandit, Breaker Breaker, Convoy, and Black Dog have always been favorites. BJ and The Bear TV series was also a favorite. I eventually did become an over the road trucker and found out its not as easy as it looks. I still hold my CDL to this day.
"In Tandem", Claude Akins & Frank Converse. Prelude to the Movin On tv series. "Hijacked", starring David Jansen & Keenan Wynn "Breakdown", starring Kurt Russell & J.T. Walsh White Line Fever
White Line Fever and Black Dog are two of my favorite trucking movies after Convoy. Rolling Vengeance is another trucking movie a lot of people forgot or don't remember
Not all Truck driving movies I've seen where listed, have seen black dog, convoy, Smokey and the bandit. One movie I only remember one scene where a semi backed up into another crushing the front back, hoping someone can help figure out this movie.
Do you remember a general year range when it came out or the type of truck (Kenworth, Peterbilt or other make) that backed into the other or an actor in it,that would help somewhat. Only movie that comes to mind with that scenario is Men At Work with Emilio Estevez and Charlie Sheen but that was dump trucks.
My dad used to own a beautiful 1996 2-tone blue ford f250 4x4 extended cab and we named it the blue mule cause it had a 460 cubic inch big block V8 and it pulled hard
my kinda movies , and my favo of those 5 will be Black dog. best lines?... will be" 3406 Cat Turbo-ed, eaton -Fuller 10 speed pro shift" (as far as specs in movies go, this one beats it in my opinion), and ofcourse "aint nothing but a Caterpillar engine" in that time, they we're the best.
A great movie. In german based countries it is known as Trucker - Gejagt von einem Serienmörder. The best scene in the whole movie is at the end when his freezer is cleaned ... Btw. Do you know that it main actor Stacy Keach has played in another trucker movie named Trucker - Revenge on the highway. Very cool movie.
Is there a part 3? One movie where the truck itself had a name is The Great Smokey Roadblock. And though only a partial story in the movie, Charles Napier hauls cattle in Citizens Band.
Trucks Truckers Trucking a hobby that is a job with fun and hell still a job that people love and do but cant be one and what better without these movies of Truckers
Does anyone remember a movie or tv episode that involved a truck driver that was hired to haul people to hell? As I recall it he had a black truck with flame on the hood and it pulled a livestock trailer. I’ve been trying to find it but have been unable to thus far.
White Line Fever sucked for me because I could never get past the obvious fact that Ford furnished the trucks, which would turn off anyone with Trucking in their blood. Maybe on the farm, but not on the road Ford.
The amount of bloopers in black dog was just stupid, i.e. pulling off the emergency air line and the trailer brakes didn't engage, pushing a tractor trailer up hill while weighing out to 79,900 pounds
Ohh my god you have an American doing the voice over and you can't even pronounce high ballin which is an American film 😂😂😂😂and in the first film your on about you show a white and blue international truck and a black western star ??? So im confused wheres the white W900 😂😂😂😂
It doesn't matter what else you include, but you at least must give an honorable mention to Convoy and Smokey and the Bandit - those two really popularized truck movies
those were already included in part 1

A trucker movie would NEVER exist in the UK😂American Trucking has its own charm.
For the record, the correct industry name is not “long nose” trucks but “conventional”.
The correct names or terms are COE for Cab Over Engine and Conventional.
Over the top!!!
White Line Fever is a very good movie, I remember seeing it when I was little, good video!

Not all Truck driving movies I've seen where listed, have seen black dog, convoy, Smokey and the bandit. One movie I only remember one scene where a semi backed up into another crushing the front back, hoping someone can help figure out this movie.

Maximum Overdrive and Duel are my favorite truck films
My top 3 are Smoky & The Bandit, White Line Fever and High Ballin'. I also like a movie called "Revenge on the Highway" starring Stacy Keach.
White Line Fever and the Ford WT are epic loved the paint job on the Blue Mule.
My dad used to own a beautiful 1996 2-tone blue ford f250 4x4 extended cab and we named it the blue mule cause it had a 460 cubic inch big block V8 and it pulled hard

White Line Fever Is My Favorite Out Of Them All
My favorita Truck -Driver .1978 Australia !
A great movie.
In german based countries it is known as Trucker - Gejagt von einem Serienmörder. The best scene in the whole movie is at the end when his freezer is cleaned ...

Would be nice if they did updated mov
Black Dog is one of my favorite 👍👍👍👍👍
Is there a part 3? One movie where the truck itself had a name is The Great Smokey Roadblock. And though only a partial story in the movie, Charles Napier hauls cattle in Citizens Band.
White Line Fever was made in the United States, filmed on location in Arizona. High Ballin was Canadian, filmed on location in Ontario.
Hey what about Maximum Overdrive complete with wicked ACDC soundtrack!!
in part 1: th-cam.com/video/GVpNNqyZP2Y/w-d-xo.html

I like all of them great movie's 😎👍
In germany we have films called ,,Didi auf vollen Touren" and series ,,Auf Achse" an ,,Die Fernfahrer". Old and good!

It's in part 1, and you can find it here: th-cam.com/video/GVpNNqyZP2Y/w-d-xo.html
Does anyone remember a movie or tv episode that involved a truck driver that was hired to haul people to hell?
As I recall it he had a black truck with flame on the hood and it pulled a livestock trailer. I’ve been trying to find it but have been unable to thus far.
It was a Twilight Zone movie for tv

I like Joyride better than those. 😄
"Convoy" is the Movie of all Trucker Movies, yet wasn't mentioned, while less worthy movies were! Pitiful!!
Black Dog!
👍👍👍👍
Trucks were cool back then, CB's and all that, now, meh; I do however thank them for the job they do.
Consolation prizes go to The Terminator and Over The Top
Steel Cowboy and White Line Fever
Forgot whether or not a cult classic...the film Trucks
High Ballin with jerry reed
The only thing that was accurate on Black Dog was Patrick Swayze's thumping of the tires checking for flats. White Line Fever was a better movie.
White Line Fever sucked for me because I could never get past the obvious fact that Ford furnished the trucks, which would turn off anyone with Trucking in their blood. Maybe on the farm, but not on the road Ford.
Smokey and the Bandit, Convoy
Trucking movie list without convoy listed is a failure
No maximum overdrive. Sad
High Ballin not High balin
The amount of bloopers in black dog was just stupid, i.e. pulling off the emergency air line and the trailer brakes didn't engage, pushing a tractor trailer up hill while weighing out to 79,900 pounds
High ballin then he went on to run beer with the legend Burt Reynolds’s in smoky and the bandit
No, the first Smokey and the Bandit movie was made before High Ballin`, satb was made in 1977, High ballin`in 1978...
There was also a movie named Concrete Cowboys where Jerry Reed played alongsided with Magnum (Tom Selleck).
Maximum of bet drive and black dog
High "BALLIN" pronounced wrong wth is wrong with this narrator? Never read in English before?
Ohh my god you have an American doing the voice over and you can't even pronounce high ballin which is an American film 😂😂😂😂and in the first film your on about you show a white and blue international truck and a black western star ???
So im confused wheres the white W900 😂😂😂😂
