Okay I finally feel the need to join in your sloth enthusiasm. I am a senior in high school, and my friends and I have formed a sloth "cult" at our school. Last year for International Sloth Appreciation Day we took an image of Mr. Albonico -- a History and English teacher at our school -- and photoshopped a sloth face on him. We had Walmart print this picture on a cake that presented to him in front of one of his very confused classes. It was hilarious and is one of the many happy memories that I have associated with sloths. So, yeah. I just wanted to share in your sloth enthusiasm and say that sloths deserve admiration from everyone out there. Blessed be the sloth!
I love how dedicated you are! Not every teacher would eat the pizza crust. But it really shows how you are as a teacher. You make so many sacrifice for the kids. You are the definition of what a teacher should be!
I finished school 6 years ago. I didn't realize what teachers went through everyday. I honestly have respect for them. It's making me want to be a teacher
a great zero waste alternative to the saran wrap game is something I call "moving package" which is essentially the same thing but instead of saran wrap we use old newspapers! we have a version of this game where you play music and pass it around the circle and whoever the music+package stops on gets to unwrap a layer!

When I was in fifth grade we had "buddies" and our buddy class was first graders and we did the snow globe activity with our buddies. We read a bunch of snowglobe books and wrote a story and then took pictures in frount of a green screen with our coats.

We do not have a winter break(we have winter school holidays). We have Summer a break and we finish school on the 14th of December. I live in the Southern Hemisphere. So we have summer in dec,jan and feb.
