Flown a few times between MEX and CDG, the last 3 in the 787-9 in business and it's always with sadness that we disembark. Very professional crew, good food, great service, good prices. One thing that amazes me the most is how quiet this plane is.. very enjoyable! I highly recommend Aeromexico, so much indeed my parents will be flying AM instead of Air France for the first time next month for their yearly visit. I hope they enjoy it too.
“...in preparation for landing...” is always the saddest part of the whole flight!

Looks awesome. I am planning to take a family trip in December from Seoul to Buenos Aires via Mexico City on Aeromexico business class.
I took this same flight back in July!! and I flew back on their morning flight #646 back to LAX. I’ve never had problems with Aeromexico and yes I recommend sitting on the left side of the aircraft. Spectacular view of MEX!! Beautiful airplane!! Beautiful city!!!! Beautiful video !! I’ll book on Aeromexico again on the 787!!!

This flight alone takes a lot of cargo of freight that’s why it took the whole runway. I know the inbound from MEX brings pallets and pallets of avacados. I’ve taken this same flight a few times and the best part is the WTC turn with a nice view of Mexico City
I just came home to Mérida from Montréal flying Premier the whole way on AM. I had lounge access with free food at both YUL and MEX, skipped all the lines, had a delicious meal on my first leg, and the seats were so room. It was the best travel day of my life. I don't think I'll ever fly any other way now if I can fly AM because the difference between Premier and adding checked bags to economy is so small.

I noticed you mentioned a very smooth landing and I agree having flown on Mexicana Airlines before they went out of business. Those pilots delivered the smoothest landing! So apparently they are some of the best! Nice aircraft too! ✈️👍

I flew in Clase Premier on an Aeromexico 787-9 and 787-8 a couple months ago. LAX-MEX and back. The 787-9 was so nice! One of the best and most comfortable seats I've ever experienced.

Yo viaje de JFK a MEX en un 787-9 hace dos meses, ese avión no tiene madre; y como muchas personas que no pueden dormir durante un vuelo, ¡En esa ocasión lo pude hacer! Tres horas de sueño majestuoso en los cielos. Y en efecto, el servicio a bordo de Aeroméxico es muy bueno.

I had the chance to fly in this 787-9 from Mexico City to Paris [premier class] and back in the 787-8.. let me tell you it's a big difference even in Business.. Hope AM goes from 787-8 to 787-9 , it' whole 787 fleet.
I love the 787. And the 350 also, and the 777 and 330. All plane I love it. But my favorite is the 747
filmed in wide shot, many "you tube flight reporters" should be inspired. Good video, pleasant to watch

That seems like an awesome flight, great catering for a 3 hour route, as well as pretty new plane, good seats and good service.
I am Mexican, so I have experienced most of my country airlines.
Interjet was a low to medium cost airline that offered 34inch legroom on all planes, as well as snacks and in my opinion, a really good service. Sadly they went bankrupt during the pandemic. Aeroméxico is currently the only full service airline, with business class. I once took a plane from Mexico City to Mérida, a city nearby Cancún. The flight was excellent, the best service and beautiful new plane. On another occasion, we got upgraded to regional business class, awesome experience, OJ served in glass ad well as Warm Macadamia Nuts. Other than that, the experience I have gotten flying with them is pretty meh. In a matter of weeks I will be flying with them again, really excited about it, I will experience their 737-8 (I don't remember whether it was the NG or MAX version) and the E190, I flew once in that one, cramped AF, but I think they renovated the interior!
There are other two mayor airlines, Volaris, a Ultra Low cost airlines with a stunning A320 (NEO, 19, 21) fleet, and Vivaaerobus, airline which has the third youngest fleet in North America. They both offer affordable prices, and cramped seats the same as other low cost carries (at least bases on what I know from flight reviews) You can update for better seats on both, if you want a super cheap ticket Vivaerobus tends to be the option, If you want a Super cheap ticket but for a few more cents the option to document luggage Volaris is the one.
Being Mexican too, I've had the ability to try all the major carriers, and yup, I was a big fan of Interjet, and would always prioritize them, so it was sad to see them go under. I do fly Viva and Volaris often, solely due to their convenience and pricing, especially out of my hometown of Leon. I got a video filmed on Aeromexico's MAX 8 in economy coming up, and that one was fun to film as they offered meals in economy, as this was MEX-JFK.

AM is my first choice when booking a flight, I had the opportunity to be in the first 787-9 flight to TIJ in Premier and it was amazing. Flew a couple of weeks to NY on the 787 but on coach and was fantastic. I never have problems with AM.

Aviation 04 about 2-3 years ago. In MEX they have always been in the same terminal (T2) which only serves Aeromexico, Copa, Delta, and Aeromar. They have recently become BIG partners.

Volé en el 787-800 desde París a México, despegamos a las 23:00 hora de París y aterrizamos a las 04:00 hora de México, el mejor vuelo que he tenido en mi vida! Nada de Jetlag ni cansancio! Servicio y comida excelentes! De México a París 1 mes antes me fuí en el Airbus A380 de Air France y no se compara EN NADA el servicio y calidad de Aeroméxico, Air France dejó DEMASIADO de qué desear, asientos incómodos, servicio medio / bajo y tecnología algo antigua
Hola. Viaje en un 787 8 de CDMX a Bogota por Avianca y después CDMX a Tokio por Aeroméxico en un 787 8 en este vuelo adquirimos el servicio am plus y me gustó bastante el servicio y la experiencia de volar en estos aviones y a pesar que duro 15 horas no se sienten.

Me ha tocado observar que estuviste en sala esperando 2 horas y te subes al avión y apenas despega el avión y hay cola para el baño no respetan las indicaciones de las sobrecargo les dicen no se levanten hasta que pare el avión y apenas aterriza y medio avión levantado por su equipaje admiro el trabajo de las sobrecargo
I flew MEX-JFK in August, also on their 789 in Premier and I love the hard product, but the service was really lousy on my flight. I'm happy to see that you had a great experience though.
@Evral Tatum-Mcfield This has nothing to do with Aeromexico, this is the US government forcing airlines to carry out a final interview before boarding for "security" reasons. You will go through this no matter the airline when flying from Latin America to the US. I am glad they sent you for a second check, means they are doing their job.

I have flown on 6 788/9 flights with AM in 2019. The catering is better from MEX vs outstations. Also, they do not have RFID techno, There is an issue with priority tags being ripped off somewhere/somehow between checkin and out. Hope Delta brings positive changes to their product.

The one thing i dislike from aeromexico is the fact that every flight connects in mexico city which is such an inconvenience especially if you're going to northern or central Mexico from the united states. In my opinion they should make Monterey a regional hub. But great video otherwise

Hello! Want to travel with my wife, our 3 y.o. and our 5 month-old... the little one would travel on her lap, but the 3 y.o. should have his own seat, I guess... can you keep a good eye and hand over them in such cases? Business would be the better option given the long flight, but I don't know how "far" he'd be from me... thanks in advance :-)

From the looks of the weather it was a derate takeoff that's why it took more runway. Good flying conditions they'll derate the take off for less engine wear and more fuel efficient. The engine will think it's doing 100% thrust but it's derated thrust so it'll take more runway to reach optimal takeoff V speed

If I may suggest something, the placement of the text and the font in your video are very distracting. The text takes up half of the screen and sometimes the sentences are not complete (eg- lounge access, although you maybe going for the suspense value).

The do have snacks, good food and service, but the 787-9 prenier cabin is so much better compared to the 787-8. Of course, they are the new ones.

Acabo de volar la semana pasada en su 737 800 con la ruta Mex LAx en clase PREMIER y fue una PÉSIMA experiencia, desde la documentación del equipaje fue unifila al igual que el abordaje,no hubo acceso a la sala Primier el servicio no fue bueno solo el ordinario paquete de galletas comerciales en su versión mini acompañados de una botella de agua de la misma presentación el plato fuerte fue un pequeño paquete de papas fritas, esta es al tercera vez que viajo en clase PREMIER en los últimos tres años a diferentes destinos y todo ha ido en deterioro incluso el interior del avión tenía mucho descuido incluido la tapicería y las mamparas completamente decepcionante la única diferencia que hizo fue el espacio entre asientos no sé cómo han llegado al punto en el que. No puedes diferenciar entre la turista y la premier !!
