Love this series...Joanna is so informed and paces the questions in an excellent manner. Always a little of her humor as well.
One of the problems with isolating yourself in the corporate bubble is that you lose your perspective on what's clever and what's dorky. If I hear "culture of inclusion" or "empowerment" or "think outside of the box" or any of the other worthless corporate phrases again I'm going to scream.

Roger Smith was the worst CEO of GM - he set the stage for its decades long decline leading up to its bankruptcy and now its not what it used to be while other makers are doing better. A few words for Mary: Right the course or get out.
Also I noticed that the reporter asked most females here one common question "how do you do to promote inclusive/gender equality/diversity in the company", but she didn't ask this questions to most of the male CEOs and those males are the majority of this elevator series...

I am very sorry to tell you, with all respect, that I find out as a big part of your staff are cheating and lying during their work, as a normal standard.
On top of that the Customer Service doesn’t care at all about the customers. This behaivior make me to decide to present this message to the public every day, until I will receive an appropriate answer from a serious person from GM company.
The conclusion is that IS VERY DANGEROUS TO BUY A NEW CAR FROM YOUR COMPANY!!!!!!!!
