She didn't sound very concerned on that 911 call. Gary was bleeding from the back of his head, and she sounds calm. I was more scared when my grandmother fell with her walker
always thought his death was kind of suspicious. First of all, he was a little guy, less than 5 feet tall, yet he supposedly fell hard enough to crack open his skull and cause an eventually fatal brain bleed? Secondly, the way she acted during that 911 call sounded bizarre, and the fact that she had his life support turned off so quickly also seemed strange. I know that if someone I loved was in critical condition and the doctors said there was no chance for recovery, it would take me a while to accept such a final answer and I wouldn't be in such a hurry to pull the plug the way she was.
As a firefighter/medic its infuriating that she wont do anymore to help him. It very well could've saved his life. Gary was the biggest star of my childhood. He deserved so much better. I didn't even realize he'd died
You're not alone. I'm a former nurse and city of San Diego lifeguard and it made me absolutely LIVID to hear that woman carrying on like she did in that call, all saying how she'd be traumatized if she tried to stop the bleeding and how she could ".. try to find a towel.." at the behest of the dispatcher telling her to render aid. Wow. Just, wow. 😡😓
Having read the comments and seeing that a fan of "Diff'rent Strokes" thought of the cast as family, I recalled that I felt similarly about the cast of "What's Happening!" With that in mind, Jordan, would you please cover Shirley Hemphill when you get a chance? She could make me laugh like no one else.
Gary was on dialysis all of his Different Strokes years. Poor kid was nothing but used by so many. His so called wife sold a picture of him in intensive care to the Enquirer
On the 911 call sounds like she could have helped Gary but did not want to, I guess she was thinking only about how she was feeling and how she did not want to touch Gary. Beautiful person!!!
Jordan, have you heard the 911 call of Gary's accident? His Ex wouldn't even go help him. She called, and when the operator asked her to check on Gary, the Ex verbally refused, SEVERAL times to go near Gary. She claimed blood made her sick. You can hear Gary in the back ground asking for help. You can hear the Ex tell Gary to sit, or lay down. When the paramedics got there, and tended to Gary, Gary walked out of his house, and to the ambulance. While Gary was hospitalized, his Ex was on all the tv channels talking about things that weren't true. She also took photos of Gary all hooked up to machines, and a few selfies with a huge smile on her face! A few days later she was the one who authorized turning off the machines. She didn't have the authority to do so, but the hospital followed her wishes. Another woman came forward, who DID have the authority came to Utah to take over Gary's estate. His own parents didn't know of his Es's turning off the machines, and didn't make it to Utah in time to say goodbye. For several days after Gary's passing you would see his Ex on tv, but what she did next really pissed me off. She, and several family, and friends came to Gary's house, and cleaned it out, taking EVERYTHING! She was sitting in the passenger side of a truck doing and interview, while people in the background are hauling things out. By the time the authorized woman got to Utah to take control, almost everything was gone. She did however get Gary's cremains, and followed his wishes as best she could since the Ex, in my opinion, stole everything else. I believe there was some sort of court, or hearing regarding the Ex even having the authority to do what she did. The Ex is a real POS! I feel for Gary, he was taken advantage of his whole life. It sounds sketchy to me also but I think that woman may be sketchy by nature. Unintentionally, that's just her. Gary had plenty of opportunity in the hospital to rat her out if she was behind his fall. Also, I can't blame any family member for taking someone off life support after two days. Even if the loved ones wishes were for 10 days, that's extremely expensive to have to wait 8 more days if the doctors say there is no hope and no point.
What a horrible feeling, to be bleeding and needing help & your wife wont even help you, & is too concerned with herself to help you. Poor Gary. She clearly didnt care about His life.
this is so very sad!! why didn't they ask Gary what happened when he was awake afterwards!? then they would have found out right then what had happened!😢😢
Strange how many of the celebrities end up dying from pneumonia, falls from high places, or drug overdoses. All with their money stolen and even rights to their songs or artistic expression.
You were a funny man Gary. I grew up watching you and you made everyone laugh. I am sorry that people took advantage of you. You deserved better. RIP Gary.
I like that you center on questionable circumstance in these situations! Just coming across the channel, pretty good narration. Have you done or thought about doing one on a comedian who was loved by millions but was suffering in silence while continuing to make us laugh? Everything that came out after the sudden death of Robin Williams doesn't need to be glossed over. Many men no matter the bravado, suffer internally do to tired wives tales that men are only supposed to be emotionless tough guys! Forgetting a lot of what makes us tough is the pain we are enduring alone!

Idk what happened, but baaaad vibes from the whole story--she certainly rubs me the wrong way. So sorry Gary had such a tormented life, seemed he was used by everyone. Thanks Jordan, very well done I haven't watched details before. I guess some of these stories I don't want to hear until it comes from such a wonderful source like you--truth, respect and no drama. Love you for that!! Love, hugs & God Bless you 💕💕
Thank you Jordan Tragic story God bless Rest in peace Mr coleman
this was a good blog wish you had touched on Gary residing in Tucson Arizona in the early 1990s He tried to make a go at it here in Tucson Dtll love your channel you are great Rodney from West Jefferson Ohio now residing in Tucson Arizona
To me, it's rather suspicious how she was with him!
I remember when, he was on Opie and anthony and they asked him to sign a DVD of different strokes autograph, he said if you give to me, I am going to take it and mash into pieces , showed you how much he hated the show!!
Forget about the Melendez brothers, why isn’t Gary’s death cause reopened? Sounds extremely suspicious.
Sad to hear this. If someone really loved you, they would try but you can hear in this call. Trying was not an option. Why it is important to have someone who really loves you and supports you. This is just sad and could of been prevented
I still remember his appearances on Married with children.
Omg it's Webster 😅
I didn't know that he been in married with children in which episode
@@master-kq3nw the one where they kept playing practical jokes on each other and Jefferson faked that Al had won 10 million dollars 🤣
I must find that episode
@@master-kq3nw I like how they told Ike they shot him and put him in ICU and everything for 10 days and he almost died and then Bob Rooney goes that was us 🤣
I remember as a child I use to watch Different Strokes every afternoon after school one of my favorites😊
Hi Jordan you tube channel video Love my favorite one fan BIG 💖
11:47 “I’m just panicked, idk what to do” …… while the operator is telling you WHAT TO DO… 🤔
He brought so many of us joy, and laughter and in the end the love was not reciprocated back to him by the people he trusted most. It’s sad. RIP Gary.
She seems very blase' about the whole situation. She seems like she's trying to figure out how to act on the call to keep suspicion off of herself.
this is so very sad!! why didn't they ask Gary what happened when he was awake afterwards!? then they would have found out right then what had happened!😢😢
Forgetting a lot of what makes us tough is the pain we are enduring alone!
her helping him could have made all the difference. She sounds terrible hopefully Gary resting in peace
She didn't sound upset AT ALL. She push him probably.
So sad thanks for sharing God Bless!!✌️🇺🇲
It's extremely sad and I hope wherever he is at peace ❤
Until I heard this call I thought accident. Let's say, I've changed my mind. Someone's for off easy.

Keep up the amazing work. Continue blessings to you and your family
"What'ch'you talkin' 'bout Willis?!?!"😂😂😂🎉❤
RIP Gary Cole'man
Shannon has a bunch of kids and is with a much older man. They have a small house and doesn't look very well kept. Fun fact - we recently were looking at a house to buy but got beat out. The next door neighbors were Gary's parents!
Now thats interesting!!!
Ole girl sounds suspicious as hell
