Have an order with Sherpa waiting. I'm shifting from oils to acrylics. Liquitex basics is TOO TRANSPARENT!! It's a fight EVERYTIME to get opaque color. My order was for Golden kit from Sherpa store. Is that the right paint for getting off liquitex. Sherpa hasn't connected yet, understandable. What do you think?
My mason jars hold my paint brushes. That jar is so beautiful, I wish I could buy them painted like that to put flowers in and have them sitting around my house. Wouldn’t that be fun?

Whenever I visit a Gallery I seem to be attracted to Still Life & spend the most time with them. This is going on my to do list for sure!! Love it!!!

Is the brush you’re using for your background a little soft? I asked because it has blending and beautifully.
no it was our bristlon angle brush, wet on wet paint.

yes basic acrylics are too transparent. you want to use Golden or Holbein acrylic paints.

Could you use a glass paint? This is specially formulated to stain the glass.
