through mental health reasons i havnt picked up a brush in over a year....this tutorial is sending me out today to buy all my equipment again to start what ive always done ....you are truly talented and your video was exellent as no annoying music and silly commentary.....thankyou so much for sharing your amazing skills....you are a true artist!
Truly Beautiful Work To me personally ABSTRACT LIKE THIS ❤is so enjoyable to watch The Development and transformation to the canvas is so pleasing to creative senses I have been painting a little over 3 years and have recently been developing my skills with this form of abstract! My mind can let go of the distracting noise of life, and enter the powerful World of abstract! When I Watch this artist , it seems he is in that CREATIVE ZONE we all strive for . For me when I am in that zone I start with a general , theme, idea and direction then the magic happens, almost like on autopilot the creative energy takes over and one idea after another all complementing the next , until you SUDDENLY know it is done. And how Exhilarating and REWARDING You Feel! Many Thanks to all you Great Artists Who unselfishly share your works with us , Teach Us , & Help us Grow!!!
I must say this is an absolutely fantastic art studio, and I wish I had access to one just like this! Having said that, these paintings are not my cup of tea, but I will not delve into specific criticism. Every serious artist should be so fortunate to have such a wonderful work space.
I thought my techniques were very amateurish but now I realise I’m expressing myself in ways that even great artists do. I loved your video, thank you.
What's amateurish about abstract painting "styles"/methods??? There's no amateurish in abstract painting. Amateurish in any painting genre comes in the canvas/surface prep, the quality of paint/medium, a lack of aesthetic depth and if the artist is attempting to appropriate another artist. Keep painting your way and developing your artistic aesthetic/voice.
This is one of the best documentary style painting videos I have ever seen. This is up there with Valerie Buffetaud and Michael Kessler. Top notch. Enthralling to watch. You have such a striking style.
I am fascinated by your technique and by your pictures. I am only at the beginning of my teaching as an artist. Thank you for giving us this video. Greetings from Switzerland KATAH-Art.
Thabk you for this. A lot of artists dont want to show or offer insights into their process because one reason or another but i feel like its only beneficial for the community. Thank you again
Juste Magnifique merci beaucoup pour ce partage l’artiste bravo j’adore votre travail j’ai pris beaucoup de plaisir à vous regarder bonne continuation ❤
My favorite colors the muted green, I also use a lot of hooker green, black, turquoise and I love adding golds, and different blues. You do beautiful work.
What is that stuff called he puts on at the end. Is it a masking fluid. What does it do. I would like instructions with voice. This man has devised a great technique that looks great.
Well, I thoroughly enjoyed watching this. I found myself trying to imagine what you were thinking about. Your body language gave some hints, which is not something I have ever noticed when watching other artists work. So inspiring. Thank you for giving us a window into your process.
He is using acrylic. You need a medium for airbrush if you spray painting. Water only can be bad for acrylic if the mix is over 40 % water. Acrylic binders are not working with too much water, painting can peel.
@@almarn I figured he was using acrylic paint, but (to clarify) is he using some sort of clear liquid acrylic in the spray bottle, or just water, or something else entirely?
I love watching an artist BE an artist. Creating an abstract that isn't IT until it is and is it ever really?! Then the moment of Yeeesssssss. Done. It's my favorite emotion when doing my own piece.
I would love to have a studio that large! I have to do my indoor painting in a tiny and cramped loft area. Love your work. It's been a long time for me but I would love to go back and do a few abstract paintings again. Maybe this summer I might try a large one like this in my garage and film it. Would be fun!
Love watching you, what kind of paint are you using, is it acrylic or regular wall paint or both? Beautiful results! Are you spraying water or a solvent?
I can't help as an artist to agree with you in your assessment. While I love what he's created and the energy invested, I wonder if this work would not be better appreciated in the world of textile design. Can't see it as art in a traditional sense. Enjoyed the process all the same!
True masters. I'm sure they are rolling but different time and place in history. Totally different objectives. Realism. Catering to the elite. At that time, the common man couldn't even buy art. Does everyone have to do the same old tired, stank paintings till the end of time. Not to be compared to the feelings and processes of our time. No one wants to take away your nostalgia for cow pastures and portraits. Abstract artist are after a totally different vibe. It's fine. No need for attack. We don't all wear the same fashions, or like the same cars. We can all exist.

You are the best artist ever, like a hamster, moving no stopping, creating light, lines, just like that.
Thank you. Fascinating video and no distracting/annoying music or commentary!
Or commercials

Hmm I would have liked a little commentary so I can learn, eg what was the translucent paste he was painting on?
Que tinta essa

I was absolutely inspired whilst watching this true artist create such wonderful abstract art.

Thank you for sharing the process in creating your artworks!
I thought my techniques were very amateurish but now I realise I’m expressing myself in ways that even great artists do. I loved your video, thank you.
Me too! I have the same tools and technique- but, may be missing the talent.:) Nonetheless, it's so fun!

Just get a bigger canvas. Than his.
It’s ALL in expressing yourself
We define ourselves🎉
Hey nice studio

Lots of fun to watch, interesting manipulation of the layers. Thanks for sharing!
Loved watching your process and abstract art
Abstract painting is like being or going on a Journey.....so much fun, the more media & tools you use the more fun you have creating

Incredible and inspirational! Once I read the artist's bio on his website; it really all came together.
Amazing artist love the quiet love no music very inspiring thank you I want more
WOW! That is an awesome relaxing painting!
it turned out to be a beautiful piece.
Well done and huge like.
Thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this.
Wow!!! Love this…it reminds me of me. How exuberayting with delight to watch this.
One of the best parts of painting is the moments one sets back and just examines the work as it progresses.
Your quietness resounds loud and clear. You, my dear man are gifted.❤🎉❤🎉❤🎉
작업과정이 담긴 귀한 영상에 깊이 감사드립니다. 보는동안 매우 흥미롭고 행복했습니다.다시한번 진심으로 감사드립니다.

Just the raw creative energy.

Wow, great Atelier
The MAGIC here is layers and more layers…. a sign of deep emotions for creating!
Very wonderful work thank you for sharing🙏👏👏👏
Continuez votre beau travail, j'adore vos textures et vos couleurs, c'est formidable!
The masking tape is so important to this.

Muy bonito. Gracias por mostrar todo el proceso.
Удивительно серьёзный подход к созданию картины. Я думала всё намного проще в этом стиле
Hi Walter, I enjoyed your Abstract with Acrylic. 👍
Amando as suas obras! Parabéns! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Очень классно! Браво, мастер!!
Так много воздуха в картинах!
I love the boardwalk art!
Precioso taller, artista creativo y muy generoso en mostrar su hacer. Además en silencio. Muy inspirador por cierto. Felicitaciones😊❤
It must be very relaxing to beat that canvas like my wife A 😅. Beautiful paintings
For everyone questioning this type of art, try doing it yourself before you criticize it. He only makes it look easy.
Your work is beautiful! I'm curious, when you're spraying the canvas are you you using just water, or a diluted medium?
He is using acrylic. You need a medium for airbrush if you spray painting. Water only can be bad for acrylic if the mix is over 40 % water. Acrylic binders are not working with too much water, painting can peel.
@@almarn I figured he was using acrylic paint, but (to clarify) is he using some sort of clear liquid acrylic in the spray bottle, or just water, or something else entirely?
Still no answer 😂
I think it’s a diluted floetrol or similar
Просто сумасшествие!! Это реально отрыв башки! Хочется сесть рядом и ,,медитировать,,. Мужчина - вы оч крутой Мастер!!!🔥😍
I love watching an artist BE an artist. Creating an abstract that isn't IT until it is and is it ever really?! Then the moment of Yeeesssssss. Done. It's my favorite emotion when doing my own piece.
So organic, wonderful design. Not sure about so much water though, hopefully there’s some sort of medium mixed in to protect the binders. Good job

So many takeaways from this. And so many questions.
What is he spraying?
How long dry time?
How do I get a studio like that?
Creating layers takes the right touch along with experience. Fascinating process. Ignore the negative comments.
Amaizing!❤
Love watching you, what kind of paint are you using, is it acrylic or regular wall paint or both? Beautiful results! Are you spraying water or a solvent?
