I mentioned TWICE in a previous comment. Its easily one of the biggest girl groups in Korea and globally and have been together since 2015. They are under JYPE, one of the big 3 kpop companies and only that big because of Twice, the company was going bankrupt but this group saved them. The other girl groups under JYPE are Itzy, NMIXX, Niziu (Japanese) and the American girl group VCHA. Sorry if I missed someone. They also have the extremely successful boy group Stray Kids under them, Im sure you have heard them mentioned, or will at some point. Thus ends my JYPE introduction tutorial :)

I'm surprised your research didn't show you that they have 3 Japanese members, and 1 Taiwanese, they're (I think) the first girlgroup to contain 3 japanese members which is a pretty big deal at the time, and is why their fame expended into Japan that led them to produce many Japanese songs, the other members can speak and understand Japanese oretty fluently
Generally, most k-pop acts try to break through the Japanese music industry because it's such a big and strong market for them too. TWICE in particular has a very strong Japanese following because of their 3 Japanese members that consist the Japanese line or J-line of the group. This makes them very marketable in Japan and hence why they also release Japanese songs. They really do their best to cater to the Japanese audience and are very dedicated enough that aside from releasing songs, singles, and music videos solely in Japanese, they also have a special setlist when performing at the Japanese venues in concert. In recent years, they've also started getting more traction internationally, which meant they had to start releasing English songs, and they did just that. Their more recent comebacks have been marketed and promoted towards more western media that they now usually have a NY/LA leg of press tour when promoting their songs, aside from their usual round of promotions in Korea. They do have an extensive and diverse discography under their belt so it will be quite a journey to go through them. If you're serious about coming to Twiceland be forewarned they have been around for 9 years with over 230 song's over 40 M/V's they have English, Japanese (which are just a little different), and of course Korean so there is a lot to listen too. Don't think of them as 9 members think of them as an orchestra with 9 instruments that can be combined into unlimited sounds. Their B-sides are where the real magic happens but if you don't do B-sides you will find a huge diversity in styles even in their M/V's, truth is Twice doesn't have a style or genre they experiment with all of it and add the Twice twist to make it their own, as you heard in this song.
