That sounds like it's frustrating. When I work with beginners, I suggest that they use a lighter or a thinner pick. Most of my students agree that it feels more natural when they play. It's alright if you miss a few strings when you're learning how to strum. Just focus on the swinging motion of your arm, and it will get better. I hope that helps.

Actually, I did try switching it around and my stats tanked. Now I just play 15 seconds of the play along at the beginning and the play along is still at the end.

But in your video I started to watched and I suddenly I found myself in the chords and other explanation so started to search in the video to find out what I'm gonna learn. And it was not easy.
